Amy Winehouse was spotted visiting her husband Blake Fielder-Civil in prison again yesterday (don't even get me started on that leopard print head scarf). Last month our girl Pop US asked whether you thought Amy and Blake were heading for divorce and you were pretty evenly split between saying yes and not caring. Since then Amy's started to get her life back on track by entering rehab, winning big at the Grammys and performing at the Brits. With things on the up, we want to know: do you think Amy needs to get rid of Blake-Incarcerated once and for all now?

She had problems before she got together with Blake, so he's not completely to blame for the messiness, but who knows. It's not that I don't care, I'm just a little over the speculation.
1I honestly don't know what to say about it...I mean I don't a lot about him, don't know how much of a bad influence he is on her. I do hope she'll make the right decision for her

4i never want to be the one to tell someone that they should get divorced but i think that he's a bad influence on her and that she may be better off with someone else or even alone. she seems to be cleaning up a little bit while he's in jail and who knows what will happen when he gets out.
