Our Leona Lewis is a busy bee at the moment, appearing on American Idol last week and then jetting off to Sydney for the MTV Australia Awards, which took place on Saturday night. She traded in her comfy plane clothes for a pretty white dress as she took to the stage with Brian McFadden, whose other half Delta Goodrem won the Music Video category (we've got the full list of winners after the jump). Mischa Barton and Eve also slipped into slinky dresses at the awards show, which saw Matt Damon accept the Movie Star award via satellite. Leona's keeping busy in Sydney, with an A-list showcase at the Museum Of Contemporary Art coming up. It's all go!
