Kelly Osbourne may have missed out on the Rising Star trophy at last night's Sony Radio Academy Awards, but she was a happy bunny at the other awards ceremony of the evening — the LK High Street Fashion Awards — as she was voted Best Dressed Celebrity by The Perfume Shop customers! The awards bash at Cafe De Paris drew lots of celebs, some of whom wore beautiful dresses (gold star for Myleene Klass, again) while others wore, ahem, interesting outfits (Sam Marchant, I'm looking at you). Jason Donovan took in both the Sony Radio and LK Fashion ceremonies, serenading the crowd at the latter. Bring back Scott and Charlene!
