After lashing out at a photographer on Monday Amy Winehouse was busy cleaning her pad last night, but her life just keeps getting messier — her team have had to axe her manager's assistant Alex Haines, who she reportedly had a fling with, because he was allegedly caught on camera smoking crack. A source said: "Alex was caught bang to rights. There was no mistaking from looking at the film that he was taking drugs. It was a shock to everyone. The boss went mental and Alex was asked to resign." The locksmiths we spotted at Amy's flat were making sure unwanted visitors, like Alex, could no longer get in and the new system seems to work, as a mystery man was refused entry last night. In happier news for Amy, her song lyrics have made their way into an English exam at Cambridge University! Undergraduates had to compare Amy's lyrics to Bob Dylan's, Billie Holiday's and Sir Walter Raleigh's words in their finals.

you kind of have to feel bad for amy don't you? she was doing really well getting back on track for a while nad then there was this past weekend of slip ups with the arrest type thing a week or so ago. i just hope that things quiet down for her.
i'm glad that they were able to get rid of the whole alex drug thing...it's a shame that someone would be so dumb to be around a star who's been known to take drugs, and do them on his own, and think that he wouldn't get caught or noticed for it.
that's cool about the final at cabridge though. not many people can say that they were part of a final question right?
1This might not be my most subtle comment ever on this website, but if drugs make you clean the house like Amy until the wee hours of the morning, I might have to try and put something in my flatmates' food...
