An eclectic bunch of celebs including Gwyneth Paltrow, Bruce Forsyth, Stella McCartney, James Corden and Lou Reed turned out for a charity karaoke party at Ronnie Scott's last night. Davina McCall obviously fancied a night out after all the Big Brother business this week and looked lovely and a little nautical in her stripy outfit. Lulu, Jarvis Cocker, Lou and Nick Cave came out to show their professional singing skills, and maybe to judge one-night-only singers Gwyneth and Trinny Woodall, who both shone in their pretty silvery dresses.

Rhys Ifans ended his evening with a little controversy as he threw a bottle of beer at the waiting paparazzi outside the venue. All this talk of karaoke has got me wondering about the singing skills of these celebs – for instance I wonder if Elle Macpherson and Lily Cole were model singers? Ha.
