After almost two years, the couple has come to an agreement on custody and today they are hoping to get the courts approval. E! Online reports, "Federline gets sole legal and physical custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James and Spears will have visitation rights." According to TMZ, Britney's current arrangement involves visitation three days a week and one overnight.
