Lily Allen looked beautiful in her cute navy dress for a dinner date at Cipriani with her Grandad on Tuesday. Also present at the swanky restaurant was ex-boyfriend Seb Chew – perhaps he was a favourite of her Grandad? Or perhaps they're back together?
