Lily Allen had a truly busy day yesterday as she took her dog out for a walk – or should that be run?! – in the park, before visiting her ex Ed Simons at his home. Perhaps she should have rethought her underwear situation because, following her almost see-through blouse earlier this week, Lily actually fell out of her big t-shirt, much to her giggly embarrassment!
The cute singer also spent some time clearing out her home with her Grandad (who we saw her with earlier this week), before her brother Alfie and his girlfriend Jaime Winstone joined them for a walk down to the pub. Phew!!
