David Walliams was treated to a magical tour of Dublin this week from his forthcoming costar, and Harry Potter's Dumbledore, Michael Gambon. The pair were also joined by Hogwarts' caretaker Argus Filch, known in the real world as David Bradley. The Little Britain star will be making his theatrical debut alongside Michael and David in Harold Pinter's No Man’s Land at Dublin's Gate Theatre this month. He has also turned his hand to children's writing, and his book about a boy who finds he enjoys wearing a dress is due out in October. I wonder what's next for the funnyman.

with Quentin Blake's illustrations this will surely be a success. I think David looks really great in the pics, good luck to him.
1Wow I had a weird second when I saw Argus Filch next to David Walliams!
2LOL, he is the "young one" in the group.
3I love Quentin Blake too! But am a little weary of celebrity children's books - it's like they think they can write, but not that many words...
