Mitch Hewer's new project Britannia High is starting on ITV very shortly, featuring original music written by Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Guy Chambers and others, as well as appearances from Adam Garcia and Matt Willis as well as members of Girls Aloud and Boyzone. The show is set in a stage school and follows six good-looking teen students as they cope with everything that's thrown their way!
While the images suggest High School Musical, the trailer has a cleaned-up, abstract Skins meets The Biz feel to it, although perhaps that's just because of Mitch's dancing — either way I'm looking forward to seeing what the show has to offer. As always, I want to know how you're feeling about this musical series, so let me know!

1how can it be called britannia high when 1. no one calls 2ndry skools high school in the uk and 2. how can it be called britannia when its so blatantly a take off of high school musical, v american... it looks too cheesy to me, but il wait and see...

4i seriously have never herd anyone call 2ndry skool high skool and yea im from the uk..., thats what Americans call it...i think this is a take off of high skool musical, but like i said il proberly see what its about.

So, what has Angelina Jolie been up to lately? She is my favourite celeb and I'd love to see some more reporting on her on Pop Sugar. And more posts about Steven Seagal...AND Quantum of Solace. Because you guys love movies right?

as for this, the preview doesnt really give me much. so i might watch it.
7well since i'm sure that i won't be able to catch it here in the states, i'm going to rely on your reviews when it does come on air, but from what i see it does seem a bit similar to a few things that we have here. i hope that it resonates somewhere...and i'll just catch up as you guys talk about it.
8Well i watched the first episode last night at its absolutly amazing i loved it i was glued to the tv the characters are all different and i love Danny hes gorgous.
Cant wait to watch the next part this sunday =)
And to let people know its nothin like High School musical this Britannia is a DANCING HIGH SCHOOL nothin to do with the idea of Hight School Musical
