Dizzee Rascal appeared on Newsnight yesterday evening, speaking to Jeremy Paxman about the significance of Barack Obama's Presidential win. An unlikely talking head, perhaps, but Dizzee had some things to say on the show, including his thoughts on Barack embracing hip hop and how that encouraged the youth of America to come out to vote. At one point Jeremy pointed out perhaps Dizzee should run for Prime Minister, which the rapper agreed wholeheartedly with. My favourite quote from this new political pundit β "If you believe you can achieve." Jeremy calling him Mr. Rascal is also particularly tickling, but what do you think? Dizzee Rascal for PM?
