Exciting times! Arrested Development creator Mitch Hurwitz and producer Ron Howard have closed a deal for a feature film of the TV series. The humour-filled stories of the eccentric Bluth family were an incredibly entertaining series, until it was cancelled by Fox in 2005 due to low ratings. But it's been one of those shows people have continued talking about and now finally we seem pretty close to seeing the family on the big screen. 1You have no idea how obsessed I am with the show, I can't even start explaining how much I love it. It makes me happy. I've incorporated so many quotes into my every day speech people sometimes think I'm crazy. (Remember Tobias' "excuuuuse me" from Season 1? I can't help doing that every time.)

2LittleM, you HAVE to watch it! It's hilarious, super well-written and really clever! It took me 2-3 episodes to really get into it since the concept is different, but once you get used to the characters it's really addictive.
I'd never heard of it before either actually, but some of my friends were obsessed with it and we ended up having a few movie nights. Now we're all quoting episodes.

5i don't know how i feel about this movie. i've seen only a handful of the episodes from the series and i don't know if it's enough to make a really movie - or a good movie at that. we'll just have to wait and see i guess.
