We saw Russell Brand landing back at Heathrow Airport at the beginning of the week, and he was out at Shoreditch House in London last night with some friends in a trademark all black outfit. Russell's back in town to promote his new movie with Adam Sandler — Bedtime Stories — in which Adam plays a handyman whose life changes forever when the stories he tells his niece and nephew start to come true. It looks like a fun movie and is out on December 26, check out the trailer after the jump and then let me know if you'll see it or skip it. Hopefully this will be another step away from his recent controversies (he's lagging in my most scandalous Brit celeb poll) and into his movie filled future.

even before i knew that russell was in this movie i decided that i was going to see it. of course it doesn't hurt that the hot doctor from Grey's Anatomy will be in it too. anyway, i think that from the clips that i've seen, he does a good job in this movie and hopefully people will warm up to him again. if for nothing else, at least russell brand keeps you talking about him right?
1looks like a nice family movie.
2I don't know much about Russell Brand, but he was the only good thing in Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
Russell's 'one look' thing is a bit exhausting, but he's an ok actor - actually pretty good compared to many. I'd be curious to see the film!
