As much as I dislike Jade, this is a really sad news.
1Advah, I know, I couldnt believe it when I heard it. It really is shocking.
2i agree thats so shocking about jade goody, iv'e always felt for her, she dosnt seem to have had a particulary nice life so far, i hope she comes through it and gets better v soon, wow a brit getting an honor by the french thats a turn out for the books
only joking...but i
did think that you could only be knighted by a King or Queen? and i hope Sam Lufti gets nothing, he sounds like a really nasty piece of work.
3^It's called the "Legion d'Honneur" - it's the not the same knighthood as the British one. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L%C3%A9gion_d'honneur) It's awarded by the Government, since the tradition comes from Napoleon and not a royalist system.
4thanx advah, learn something new everyday...
