Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z were in Houston last night to attend the NBA All-Star Game. They were treated to opening performances from John Legend and Ne-Yo, as well as a later set by their pal Alicia Keys, before going on to watch the West beat the East with the help of LA Lakers player Kobe Bryant. The loss was a disappointment to the Miami Heat's LeBron James, who kicked off the fun weekend at Saturday's Two Kings dinner with Jay-Z and Beyoncé. The annual Two Kings event, which typically takes place over the All-Star Game weekend, was extraspecial for Jay-Z this year. It's the first-ever season for the Brooklyn Nets, of which he is a part owner. There was more fun in store for the couple too — Saturday brought the debut of Beyoncé's documentary, Life Is But a Dream.
Alicia Keys and Taylor Swift Hit the NRJ Awards — With One Direction
Taylor Swift and Alicia Keys brought US star power to the red carpet at the NRJ Music Awards this evening in Cannes. Both arrived in France recently to attend the awards, which also attracted musical acts like Psy and One Direction. Tonight may be an awkward one for Taylor Swift since she may run into her ex Harry Styles of One Direction. He and his bandmates Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson hit the carpet as well. Both Taylor and Alicia had stunning — though different — looks before the show began. Alicia wore a cutout Michael Kors gown, with husband Swizz Beatz on her arm, and apparently got a great reception. She tweeted, "France, I can feel the love!" Taylor, meanwhile, donned a sequined gold mini from Elie Saab.

Paul and Nirvana Play the 12/12/12 Show With Kanye, Chris, and More Stars
Celebrities and rock stars joined up to help out with the 12/12/12 concert benefiting Hurricane Sandy victims in NYC last night. Katie Holmes, Kristen Stewart, and Blake Lively appeared at the event, which raised money for the Robin Hood Relief Fund. Blake donned a bright orange Isabel Marant dress, while Katie picked blue Tom Ford and Kristen wore a neon yellow Jonathan Simkhai getup.
Katie joined Jason Sudeikis to present a video called "Red Hook Rising," bringing attention to those affected in Brooklyn. Kristen, meanwhile, praised New Jerseyans and introduced Jon Bon Jovi. Blake spoke about Connecticut and brought out Chris Martin, who performed with Michael Stipe. Bruce Springsteen, Alicia Keys, Kanye West, and many more musicians performed at the 12/12/12 concert. Paul McCartney gave a sensational performance when he joined up with the surviving members of Nirvana, Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, to perform a new song called "Cut Me Some Slack."
The concert was broadcast both on TV and for free in movie theaters in the tri-state area, so Sandy victims had a place to enjoy the music. Superstorm Sandy left many in New York and New Jersey homeless and without power after it drove through the area in late October.

Also in attendance were Alicia Keys, Jack Nicholson, and Daryl Hannah. Katy and Alicia honored Carole's legacy by performing covers of her greatest hits and teaming up for a duet on stage at the tribute concert. It was a change of pace for Katy, who has herself been an honoree recently. On Sunday, Katy was honored at the Trevor Live annual benefit in LA and she was also awarded Billboard's woman of the year statue last week in NYC.

He and girlfriend Kim Kardashian indulged in PDA, and were snapped lounging on a white banquette kissing and hugging. Heidi also had a memorable time, tweeting postshow, "I thank my lucky stars for all the great opportunities I get to experience. Hope you guys had fun. . . off to the after-party!" At the bash, she made the rounds with other attendees like models Anne V and Isabeli Fontana.
