Amy Adams dominates the cover and inside of Allure magazine's July issue, which will be available on newsstands June 25. As her latest movie, Man of Steel, smashed box office records over the weekend, Amy has been soaring around the globe promoting the action flick alongside costars Henry Cavill and Russell Crowe. Before then, though, Amy sat down with the magazine and opened up about her "OMG"-worthy bikini body, her iconic role as Lois Lane, and her issue with Lycra. • On her bikini body: "I'm just not going to be one of those people photographed in a bikini where people are like, 'OMG, look at Amy!' I mean, it might be OMG, but not for the reasons I want."
• On being unrecognizable: "I have no features without makeup. I am pale. I have blond lashes. You could just paint my face — it's like a blank canvas. It can be great for what I do."
• On playing Lois Lane: "I've wanted to be in a superhero movie, and this was my best chance — as some mere mortal. Let's be real here. I don't look that good in Lycra. I do all right, but I hadn't anticipated that I was ever going to be cast as the girl in Lycra looking hot."

Amanda Seyfried graces the cover of May's Allure Magazine, which is also its annual Look Better Naked issue. Amanda has gained notoriety for her turn in Les Misérables and was a red-carpet fixture during award-season festivities. Next up, she's starring in The Big Wedding alongside Topher Grace, Robert De Niro, and Katherine Heigl. In the publication, which hits newsstands April 22, Amanda flaunts her figure in a low-cut floral dress and gets candid about body confidence, singing live in Les Misérables, and portraying pornographic actress Linda Lovelace in her upcoming biopic. Here's more from Amanda Seyfried in Allure:

• On playing Linda Lovelace: "Maybe this is backwards, but because she found the power in herself and in her body at a point, it made me feel comfortable in my own skin in a way that I hadn't been."
• The advice she was given by her vocal coach for Les Mis: "'Imagine deep-throating a penis, get that feeling in the back of your throat, and then sing. That's where your larynx is.'"
• On her breasts: "I saw a picture of them a couple of days ago from when I was 19, and my boobs were way bigger. . . . There was something so beautiful about the size of them. When I look back, I'm like, 'Why did I always give myself such a hard time?' Nobody gave me sh*t about it except me."
• On a reporter assessing that she has the "face of an extraterrestrial": "I like that. I'd rather not be ordinary-looking. I want something different about me. We all want to be originals."

Lauren Conrad went retro for Allure's November issue, which goes on sale Oct. 23. She's juggling multiple projects, including her fashion lines and latest books, as well as her relationship with boyfriend William Tell. LC and William made their red carpet debut last week, and in the publication, LC reveals her past dating troubles and how she's handling the spotlight. Here's more from Lauren Conrad in Allure:

• On dating: "You don’t want a slob, but you don't want a guy who's constantly borrowing your tweezers . . . The last year and a half, I was dating a lot, and it's slim pickings."
• On being in the spotlight: "People felt that a lot of the things I had were undeserved, maybe because I didn’t have a specific talent; I was more of a regular girl and maybe didn’t deserve the attention. I think anyone in the public eye is going to be hated, and a lesson that I needed to learn quickly is that it is impossible to please everybody. One person will call you classy, and another will call you boring."
• On The Hills: "I think the story they told wasn’t a dishonest one. The way they did it sometimes was. They aren't going to be there for everything. Sometimes two of their main characters will get into a fight, and that’s important to the story line. The [producers] need that reenacted. Their thing was always: it did happen. They're not making this up: you just didn’t see it."

Sofia Vergara nabbed the cover of September's Allure, which will be available electronically on Aug. 14 and on newsstands Aug. 21. She was ranked the highest-earning woman on TV thanks to her part on Modern Family, became engaged to boyfriend Nick Loeb, and even won our 2012 Bikini Bracket! Sofia opened up to Allure about what being sexy means to her, liking her curves, but not being into workouts. Sofia said:

• On body shape: "I don't like when the a*s gets smaller. In Latin America if you don’t have a big a*s you're nothing."
• On a South American idea of being sexy: "The guys I know love it. You don't have to win Miss Universe, but you have to feel attractive, and you have to feel wanted. I have so many friends that are Latin, and they're not Miss Universe, but they have something, and they get more guys than the really tall, blonde, perfect model that is just standing there. So I think sexy is the attitude of you believing that you can get whatever you want."
• On not being a fan of workouts: "While I'm working out, I'm in a bad mood. I didn’t grow up in a culture of working out. You were voluptuous, that's it. That's all you needed."

Kate Becksinale makes a glamorous turn on the August cover of Allure, which hits newsstands July 24. The Total Recall actress, who recently spoke about the action film at Comic-Con, shows off the Fall 2012 fashion collections from Prada, Michael Kors, and more in the issue. She also talks about feeling comfortable in her own skin, aging gracefully, and what she's most afraid of when it comes to having a teenage daughter. Here's more from Kate in Allure:

• On being beautiful: "Feeling attractive didn’t come until I was 29 and with Len. . . . At the time it was partly perceived as if I'd gone all Hollywood, but it wasn’t like that at all. It was just OK for me to walk around and feel feminine and attractive. I like feeling liberated like this."
• On aging: "What is it about a woman being in her late 30s that brings out the 'Oh, my gosh, are you worried?' questions? Worried? What about? Thirty-eight, 39, 40, 50! Great! Still alive! It's more of the thing of being embarrassing to somebody. I haven’t been embarrassing before. I can't dance at a party where there are teenagers without clearing the dance floor. Those are the things that make me go, 'F*ck, I'm old. . . .' When you're a parent, everyone leaves."
• On her teenage daughter, Lily: "There are things I don't want my daughter to ever know. I don't want her to know about being betrayed. I remember Len talking to Bruce Willis when Len did Live Free or Die Hard, and I think Bruce did some terrifying things when his daughter started having a boyfriend. Len and I asked him, 'When Lily starts having boyfriends, will you come over too? We'll all stand on the doorstep, scare the sh*t out of them.' But maybe now I don't need Bruce. Now that I'm a villain, I can go solo."

Anne Hathaway shows off her dimples on the cover of Allure magazine's July issue, which hits newsstands today. She sported longer locks for the shoot, but actually buzzed off her hair last month for her role as Fantine in Les Misérables. Anne will also pop up on the big screen next month as Catwoman in the third and final installment of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises. In the issue, Anne opened up about both roles and the changes she underwent for them. She spoke about shedding weight to play Fantine, what it took to wear the Catwoman suit, and being OK with nudity. Here's more from Anne Hathaway in Allure:

• On her Catwoman suit: "The Catwoman suit. It was a psychological terrorist. . . . The suit, thoughts of my suit, changing my life so I would fit into that suit . . . It dominated my year. I went into the gym for 10 months and didn't come out."
• On losing weight for her role in Les Misérables: "I'm doing some crazy weight stuff right now. I'm on day six of detox. . . . This diet makes me break out, so I love that. Nothing like living on hummus and radishes and then be all, 'And I got a pimple. Yeah!'"
• On nudity: "I'm as vain as the next girl, but I think it's my job to show people as they live, and nudity is part of life."

Ashley Greene gets sassy throwing a drink in the face of a male model for the November issue of Allure. Ashley also broke from her usual brunette locks and modeled blonder hair on the cover — click to see more photos of Ashley's style timeline. Ashley and her Twilight costar Kristen Stewart are peppering the newsstands with sexy new covers leading up to their Nov. 18 release of Breaking Dawn: Part I. Kristen admitted to being in a relationship with Robert Pattinson in a recent GQ UK interview and Ashley also talks candidly about dating, her nude photo scandal, and even comparing her rumored feud with Demi Lovato to the overblown love triangle stories about Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie. Here's more of what Ashley had to say:

• Ashley on landing the role of Alice and not Bella: "I think that the casting was so spot-on, especially between Rob and Kristen. . .Dude, I just got lucky on all fronts, because not only am I in Twilight, but the character’s just so damn lovable."
• Ashley on Rob: "Rob. Oh, Rob. He’s very endearing, but you’ve seen his interviews. He’s like, 'Ah, I don’t know.... Oh, God.'"
• Ashley on guys: "I go through stages. Randomly, I’ll be attracted to a crazy rocker with tattoos. And I find that I’m extremely attracted to ambition and wit. If it was appropriate to date Michael Sheen, I would, but he and his girl- friend [Rachel McAdams] are so cute."
• Ashley on her rumored feud with Demi Lovato: "I’m really happy that she’s doing well. She and I never had a problem with each other, but, you know, it doesn’t go away...Jen Aniston still gets asked about Angelina Jolie."
• Ashley on her nude photos: "One of my family members said to me, 'Ashley, everyone does it. You’re just famous.'"
• Ashley on her first few months in Hollywood: "I was out until 2 a.m., and I was gaining weight, it wasn’t anything crazy, but there was a certain point when I realized I wasn’t booking. I was photographed coming out of clubs a lot, and my mom made a comment like, 'Wow, is that really what you want to be known for?'"

Salma Hayek is Allure's September cover girl, and she shows off her assets in the Mario Testino-lensed photo shoot. Salma is currently filming The Savages in California, and in the magazine, she is promoting her upcoming animated movie Puss in Boots as well as her new self-named Salma Hayek skincare, cosmetics, and hair product line, which is sold at CVS. Salma also opened up about the lifestyle she and husband François Pinault are able to provide for their daughter, Valentina, and the actress is happy to show the 4-year-old the world. • On what changed with her body over the past 10 years: "My boobs; they’re not bad, by the way. I’m not complaining about them."

If you are a girl who cannot walk in heels, it doesn't matter how beautiful you are. If you look like a chicken that's been spiked in the feet, it's not going to be sexy."
• On her sexy image: "When I first started, I found that I had to play the part of something they could swallow in Hollywood, which was the sexy Latin girl. I was not dressing like that in Mexico."
• On her luxurious lifestyle: "I never understood the point of being privileged if you don’t get to have the privileges. Like, people who won’t take their kids to an expensive restaurant or won’t travel with them or make them pay for everything at a really young age. I think it’s important that kids have responsibilities and understand the value of things, but I think it’s great I get to travel the world with my daughter."

January Jones displayed a dramatic look on the cover of Allure's June issue, their first also available on iPads. She posed in a skimpy leotard inside the magazine, showing no sign of her pregnant belly — take a look behind-the-scenes at the sexy shoot. January has a lot to be excited about both personally and professionally since she's expecting her first child and gearing up for the release of X-Men: First Class. She was happy to chat about her private life, touching on what it's like to date in Hollywood, her indulgent diet, and her experience with therapy. Here's what January Jones had to say in Allure:

• On working with congressmen on a bill to outlaw shark finning: “I only had to sleep with 15 to 20 congressmen, took one for the team.”
• On trying therapy: "I was traveling so much, and I just needed to make sure I was grounded and had someone to talk to. She talked more than I did, which was hilarious and great and fun. I really like her. It was like having a girlfriend. But I’m not going to give her $300 an hour to have the same conversation I could have with my girlfriend.”
• On why it's hard to date men in the industry: “I’m sorry, I need to go away for three months and kiss other men while you stay here.”
• On her diet: "I’ll stop at McDonald’s and get a strawberry shake and fries and not feel guilty at all, because I deserve it.”
