Blake Lively attended yesterday's Noon by Noor show, from designers Shaikha Noor Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Al Khalifa, at NYC's Provocateur. She wore one of the Bahrain-based label's creations, a tuxedo dress from the Fall/Winter collection. It was one of the first events during Fall Fashion Week that the Gossip Girl star has stepped out for. Blake did, however, attend the Jason Wu for Target launch in late January. Her costar Leighton Meester has been more of a front row staple, hitting Vera Wang and a bash for Miu Miu. Blake's been busy dealing with a personal issue. It was necessary for Blake Lively to get a restraining order against an obsessed fan, who's been contacting her and her mother. Her small screen character, Serena van der Woodsen, had her fair share of trouble to deal with, too, on the latest episode of Gossip Girl.
