Britney Spears Tribute at VMAs 2011

Though VMA staple Britney Spears didn't perform this year, she did land on the stage a couple times when she took home best pop video, and more significantly, the Video Vanguard award. The pop star received the big honor for her years of memorable music videos, and to drive the point home, MTV trotted out a squad of Britney look-alikes to rock the looks of her videos and dance while a montage of them played in the background.
