Christian Bale and his wife, Sibi Blazic, brought flowers to contribute to the memorial outside the scene of the Dark Knight Rises massacre at the Century 16 theater in Aurora, CO, today. Earlier in the day, Christian also made a stop by the hospital to visit the victims of the shooting. One of the patients who was hurt during the attack, Carey Rottman, posted a photo of himself with Bale in his hospital room on his Facebook wall. Christian reportedly made the trip to Colorado on his own, not as a representative of the Warner Bros. movie studio or film. On Friday, Christian released a statement after the Dark Knight Rises shooting, saying, "Words cannot express the horror that I feel. I cannot begin to truly understand the pain and grief of the victims and their loved ones, but my heart goes out to them."

The stars of The Dark Knight Rises gathered in London this evening for their UK premiere.

The stars of The Dark Knight Rises gathered in London this evening for their UK premiere. Anne Hathaway wore a Gucci gown with an intricate neckline to pose on the carpet with costars Tom Hardy and Christian Bale. Marion Cotillard, one of Dior's spokeswomen, showed her brand loyalty in an ensemble from the Christian Dior Couture collection designer Raf Simons sent down the runway just two weeks ago. Both Anne and Marion changed up their looks since Monday's NYC debut of The Dark Knight Rises. For the Big Apple screening, Anne wore white Prabal Gurung and Marion also donned a light, poufy Dior creation. The final installment of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy is out in both the US and the UK Friday, and so far, critics are nearly uniform in their praise for the finished product.

The Dark Knight Rises cast made an entrance at their big premiere in NYC last night. Leading ladies Anne Hathaway and Marion Cotillard both looked glamorous in white, with Anne wearing a Prabal Gurung gown, with Kwiat jewels, and Marion in a short Christian Dior dress. Their costar Christian Bale was dapper in a suit and vest as he posed with wife Sibi on their way into the event. Joseph-Gordon Levitt, Morgan Freeman, and Gary Oldman were also on hand, as was actress Juno Temple. Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester showed up for the screening but skipped the carpet, while her small-screen costars Michelle Trachtenberg and Penn Badgley both stopped for cameras.

Anne has been on the go promoting her Summer blockbuster ahead of its release this Friday, and to get you ready, we're taking a look back at all The Dark Knight Rises pictures. Anne has made time for her fiancé, Adam Shulman, though, and the duo were spotted showing PDA in Manhattan just last week.

Anne Hathaway smiled alongside her The Dark Knight Rises leading men Christian Bale and Joseph Gordon-Levitt on Saturday while watching their director Christopher Nolan accept an award. Christopher, the director behind the latest Batman series, as well as blockbusters like Inception, was honored with a hand and footprint ceremony on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Their third and final Batman movie is out on July 20 — before then, check out all the Dark Knight Rises pictures.

In addition to Anne, Christian, and Joseph, other Dark Knight stars like Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, and Gary Oldman turned out, too. Anne posed next to Christian and happily got a big bear hug from her pal JGL. Michael Caine also has his prints on the sidewalk in LA, and he reflected on Christopher's momentous occasion. Michael said of Christopher Nolan's honor, "You never give [Christopher] any tips. You assume he knows better than you at everything, and he does."

The Full Trailer For The Dark Knight Rises Will Give You Chills

The teaser for The Dark Knight Rises was a fun little preview of the final film in Christopher Nolan's Batman franchise, but the full trailer is the one that will send shivers down your spine.

The teaser for The Dark Knight Rises was a fun little preview of the final film in Christopher Nolan's Batman franchise, but the full trailer is the one that will send shivers down your spine. Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) is featured a little, but this preview mostly focuses on the villains: Tom Hardy as Bane and Anne Hathaway as Catwoman. I'm already loving Hathaway as an evil-doer, who hints that her motives lie in her desire to bring down the city's wealthy elite (Occupy Gotham, anyone?).

There's so much happening that the trailer barely has time to fit it all in, which means we only see brief glimpses of Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Marion Cotillard. That said, the special effects already look dazzling (including an eye-popping scene of a football field caving in), and that creepy chanting we've been hearing for months still makes my skin crawl. Summer 2012 is still a ways away, but check the trailer when you read more

New Pics: Batman Battles Bane on the Set of The Dark Knight Rises

Little is known about Christopher Nolan's newest Batman flick, The Dark Knight Rises, but some brand new pictures have leaked from the Pittsburgh set — and they're pretty exciting.

Little is known about Christopher Nolan's newest Batman flick, The Dark Knight Rises, but some brand new pictures have leaked from the Pittsburgh set — and they're pretty exciting. Not only do we get to see Batman (Christian Bale) coming face to face with Bane (Tom Hardy), but there's also a glimpse of Marion Cotillard as Bruce Wayne's love interest, and a first look at the camouflaged Tumbler (AKA the Batmobile). It's definitely more than what we can see in The Dark Knight Rises teaser — now all we need is a shot of Anne Hathaway.

The big winners at last night's Oscars went from the star-studded stage right into the press room to speak to assorted reporters about their honours. Melissa Leo was the first actor of the evening to discuss her new gold, though her priority was apologising for using a curse word during her acceptance speech. Best supporting actor Christian Bale, however, confessed to missing her colourful remark since he was off at the bar with his wife. Other winners like musician Randy Newman and writer Aaron Sorkin also spoke, with The Social Network scribe saying he's he's going to think long and hard about his next movie project. The Academy Awards' most anticipated honors went to Natalie Portman and Colin Firth, and the Rodarte clad actress said that her baby was kicking during the musical numbers like Gwyneth Paltrow's "Country Strong." Colin, meanwhile, joked that his invitation to Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding was lost in the mail, and apparently was still itching to celebrate by dancing.
