Kate Moss turned up the glamour to attend an amfAR gala in São Paulo, Brazil, on Friday. She wore a black dress with a dramatic plunging neckline while she mingled with fellow attendees, including pregnant Fergie in a smart suit and Sharon Stone, who walked the red carpet with model boyfriend Martin Mica. Kate has been enjoying the sights in São Paulo and dropped by the city's ninth annual International Art Fair on Thursday. Kate, an avid art fan and friend of the late artist Lucian Freud, checked out the pieces on display ahead of the charity gala.
On Saturday night, the 2013 Kids' Choice Awards kicked off without a hitch and the young, hot, hipsters of Hollywood certainly dressed to impress. In fact, American designers didn't seem to cut the edgy red carpet, so five famous faces headed across the pond for some fashion help. Kristen Stewart dazzled in Osman, Miranda Cosgove wowed in Stella McCartney, Khloè Kardashian looked beautiful in Antonio Berardi and Fergie and Jessica Alba looked fun and flirty in Mary Katranzou. To see more photos of their red carpet fashion and beauty style and to vote on which British-designed dress you liked best, scroll through my slideshow here.
The 2013 SXSW Music, Film + Interactive Festival has come to a close, and we're taking a look at all the stars who popped up in Austin, TX, to join in the fun. Zac Efron linked up with costar Dennis Quaid to premiere their At Any Price, while Justin Timberlake performed at a secret show. Selena Gomez showed skin in a crop top for her Spring Breakers premiere, and Usher took the stage at the Converse party. Click through to see all the star-studded action at SXSW!
Julianne Hough and Josh Duhamel were joined by their famous significant others at the LA premiere of Safe Haven in LA last night. Julianne wore a silver Alberta Ferretti dress to pose alongside her boyfriend, Ryan Seacrest, on the red carpet. Meanwhile, Josh went for a bright blue Ralph Lauren suit for the premiere, but opted to not walk the red carpet with his wife, Fergie. However, the couple did share a hug off of the red carpet and chatted with friends at the afterparty. Josh was busy yesterday, appearing on The Tonight Show as well. Other famous faces celebrating the latest Nicholas Sparks big-screen adaptation included Julianne's brother and Dancing With the Stars dancer Derek Hough, as well as Josh and Julianne's costar Cobie Smulders, who wore a black Saint Laurent jumpsuit. Safe Haven hits theaters on Valentine's Day.
Julianne Hough, Fergie, and Hailee Steinfeld, in a Mary Katrantzou skirt, stepped out in LA last night for Elle magazine and the Sundance Channel's premiere of editor Joe Zee's show, All on the Line With Joe Zee, at Soho House. The bash gave Julianne a chance to catch up with her Safe Haven costar Josh Duhamel, who attended with wife Fergie. Joe's new show is the latest stylish reality show. In each episode, he acts as a mentor to a designer struggling to get their line off the ground.
We spoke with Joe Zee to talk All on the Line well before the program's debut on the Sundance Channel — the first episode actually airs tomorrow at 9 p.m. ET. He said, "It's not the typical portrayal of fashion; it's something that feels real, genuine, and authentic. I was so moved emotionally. There were times when I was on the floor with [the designers], jacket off, sleeves rolled up trying to help. There were also times when I was so mad at the designers, and there were other times when I wanted to hug them. I was so invested in their final outcome."
We saw slick (and in some cases, practically wet) looks on the Spring 2012 runways at shows such as Bottega Veneta, Ports 1961, and Alberta Ferretti. But certain celebrities have eschewed the trend altogether, hitting the red carpet sporting minimally shiny coiffures instead. Blond-haired beauties Nicole Richie, LeAnn Rimes, and Fergie, for instance, have all been spotted with matte, wavy textures. But what makes the roughed-up style so great is that as long as the hair is well-nourished and properly hydrated, your strands can still be molded into sleek and shiny looks, too. In essence: matte hair doesn't necessarily mean damaged. So go ahead and rough it a bit this year by applying a mattifying product to dry hair. A little teasing never hurts, either.
It's beginning to look a lot like the holidays, especially on the red carpet, with stars taking it up a few notches on the beauty front as of late. And this week, several celebrities went for retro glamour all the way. Fergie, Julianne Hough, and Amber Heard each wore Veronica Lake-style waves paired with varying tones of rich, matte red lipstick. But if you had to pick your favorite old Hollywood style, who gets your vote of approval?
Earlier in the week, Fergie and Dianna Agron attended an event to support The Trevor Project in Los Angeles. Both ladies looked lovely with picture perfect makeup modernised with shimmery rusty-coral eyeshadow to make their light eyes pop. What do you think of this colour? I happen to like it a lot, in fact, so much that I've gathered a range of sienna, coral and terra-cotta shaded shadows for you to shop below!
Ashton Kutcher and Lea Michele got their flirt on last night at the LA premiere of New Year's Eve. She brought along her best friend Jonathan Groff as her date, but later even thanked Ashton on Twitter. Lea wrote to Ashton, "It was such an honor working with you. I cannot thank you enough."
Joining Ashton and a Valentino-clad Lea on the red carpet at Grauman's Chinese Theatre were their other costars, including Zac Efron, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Abigail Breslin. Hilary Swank, meanwhile, posed in a sequined Elie Saab gown. Katherine Heigl threw an arm around husband Josh Kelley, and Josh Duhamel accompanied wife Fergie. Sofia Vergara posed solo and looked amazing in a LBD. The cast moved on to an afterparty held at Hollywood and Highland, where Sofia tweeted that Ludacris joined in on the fun.
A glammed up Ashley Greene and Fergie posed for photos as they made their way to last night's Avon Foundation Awards Gala in NYC. Fergie hosted the evening and Ashley also took the podium to speak on behalf of the pro-female causes spotlighted during the celebration. Ashley is a spokesmodel for mark., Avon's line of products, and is currently teaming with the brand on their campaign to end partner violence among young couples.
Ashley's stay in the Big Apple is coming to a quick close, however, since she'll be back home on the West Coast by tomorrow to rejoin her Breaking Dawn costars. This morning, we were live from Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner's hand and footprint ceremony at the famous Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, and tomorrow, we'll sit down to chat with Ashley and her cast mates during the Breaking Dawn press day. Be sure to check in to PopSugar between now and the movie's Nov. 18 release date to catch all our interviews!
