Girls Aloud, Spice Girls, and Jordan and Peter at the Capital Radio Awards 2008
Celebs Clash, Co-ordinate and Kiss at Capital Awards
The usual culprits were crowned winners at yesterday's Capital Awards at Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel, with Take That, Mark Ronson, Mika and Leona Lewis all scooping gongs. The ceremony was hosted by the radio station's very own Johnny Vaughan and Denise Van Outen, and although some of the winners were missing from the party there were plenty of other celebs in attendance, getting up to mischief (Sarah Harding and Simon Webbe, I'm looking at you!). Girls Aloud won the Fabulous Award in their clashing outfits while Emma Bunton and Mel C co-ordinated their monochrome look — do you ever co-ordinate with your pals? The matching ladies were there on behalf of the Spice Girls to pick up one of three Capital Icon Awards that were handed out: the other two went to Sharleen Spiteri and Destiny's Child, represented by Kelly Rowland.
