Identity Thief stars Melissa McCarthy and Jason Bateman attended their LA premiere at Mann Village Theatre last night.

Identity Thief stars Melissa McCarthy and Jason Bateman attended their LA premiere at Mann Village Theatre last night. Both hit the red carpet with their spouses on their arms — Jason posed with his wife, Amanda Anka, and Melissa shared a kiss with her husband, Ben Falcone. Jason and Melissa also stayed close on the carpet, showing off their good friendship. Recently, Jason told us he specifically asked Melissa to star in Identity Thief because he was excited to work with her.

Jason and Melissa's costars turned out too. T.I. brought along his wife, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, while Genesis Rodriguez wore a floor-length Raoul green gown and Amanda Peet rocked an LBD. Molly Sims, whose husband, Scott Stuber, was one of the film's producers, smiled big for the cameras as well. The big night out, which included an afterparty, comes just a few days ahead of Identity Thief's release this Friday, Feb. 8.

It was a star-studded red carpet at last night's premiere of Hit and Run at Regal Cinemas in downtown LA. Dax Shepard, who wrote and directed the film, arrived in style with his leading lady, and fiancée, Kristen Bell, by his side. Kristen rocked a black satin jumpsuit, while Bradley Cooper sported a sexy leather jacket. The stars all took time to sign autographs for fans who were lining the streets before joining castmates Jason Bateman, Michael Rosenbaum, Tom Arnold, Ryan Hansen, and Joy Bryant for group photos. It looked like they had a great time filming since their red carpet reunion was filled with plenty of laughter. We asked the stars how Dax stacked up as a director and Ryan jokingly rated him an 8.5, saying, "He's got some work to do," while Bradley simply said, "He's awesome; he's incredible." Bradley also mentioned he'd love to try his hand at directing soon, too.

Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy Getting Charged With ID Theft

Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy is about to get in trouble for stealing more than scenes.

Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy is about to get in trouble for stealing more than scenes. Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy are starring in ID Theft, a comedy about a guy (Bateman) who gets his identity stolen by McCarthy's character. The role of the ID thief was originally written for a man, but apparently Bateman, who is also producing, wanted McCarthy for the part after being impressed with her in Bridesmaids. It shouldn't be tough for McCarthy to slip into the shoes that were meant for a dude, considering that her character in Bridesmaids wasn't the most ladylike.

She joked around with costar Jason Sudeikis once inside the city's BFI Southbank theater, while the other leading men hit the blue carpet with their significant others. Jason Bateman stuck close to his LBD-wearing wife, Amanda Anka, while Charlie Day proudly stood next to his pregnant spouse, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, who also happens to be his It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia costar. Jennifer Aniston rocked a black leather minidress this morning for a London photo call on behalf of Horrible Bosses. She had her main men from the movie by her side, including Kevin Spacey, Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, and Charlie Day. Jennifer and the guys recently did press for the film back home in the States, including a junket in NYC and a premiere in LA. Jason, Charlie, and Jason said Jennifer will shock fans with her raunchy role — playing against type is one of the reasons the movie did so well at the US box office. The Horrible Bosses reviews were great, too, and now fans will see if Jen can repeat her success in Europe. Jennifer has spent time between movie duties with her main man Justin Theroux. He shaved and dressed up to attend Jennifer's Walk of Fame ceremony last month, and it seems his love of leather may even have inspired her ensemble today.
