Variety hosted its annual Power of Women event in Beverly Hills today with major stars like Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner in attendance. Jen arrived fresh from the salon in a slicked-back ponytail and looked lovely in a textured peplum dress. She happily posed for photos before the luncheon while Ben quickly made his way down the press line and headed inside.
It's the second big event for the A-list couple in less than 24 hours. Last night, Ben and Jen joined George Clooney and Stacy Keibler at the LA premiere of Argo. It was a celebratory night for Ben, who stars in and directs the CIA thriller, based on true events, and for George, who produced the flick. Argo hits theaters next Friday, but today it's all about Jen's box office draw with her latest feature, Butter, opening in select cities.
