Ashton and Lea Cause a Stir at Their New Year's Eve Premiere
Ashton Kutcher and Lea Michele got their flirt on last night at the LA premiere of New Year's Eve. She brought along her best friend Jonathan Groff as her date, but later even thanked Ashton on Twitter. Lea wrote to Ashton, "It was such an honor working with you. I cannot thank you enough."
Joining Ashton and a Valentino-clad Lea on the red carpet at Grauman's Chinese Theatre were their other costars, including Zac Efron, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Abigail Breslin. Hilary Swank, meanwhile, posed in a sequined Elie Saab gown. Katherine Heigl threw an arm around husband Josh Kelley, and Josh Duhamel accompanied wife Fergie. Sofia Vergara posed solo and looked amazing in a LBD. The cast moved on to an afterparty held at Hollywood and Highland, where Sofia tweeted that Ludacris joined in on the fun.
J Lo, Taylor, Nicki, and More Celebrate AMA Victories in the Press Room
The winners at last night's star-studded American Music Awards brought their newly acquired statues into the press room of LA's Nokia Theatre. Jennifer Lopez celebrated her favorite Latin artist win between performances, and Taylor Swift proudly showed off her multiple new acquisitions including artist of the year! Nicki Minaj was proud of her two victories in the rap/hip-hop music categories, having won both favorite artist and favorite album with Pink Friday. Katherine Heigl and her musician husband, Josh Kelley, were presenters, but nonetheless showed some love for photographers backstage. Make sure to check out all of the 2011 American Music Award winners!
Reese Raves About Jen at the Women in Hollywood Event, With Barbra, Naomi, and More
The Elle Women in Hollywood Tribute, held inside LA's Four Seasons Hotel last night, brought out many A-list stars to toast honorees Jennifer Aniston, Barbra Streisand, Michelle Pfeiffer, Viola Davis, Evan Rachel Wood, Freida Pinto, Naomi Watts, Elizabeth Olsen, and DreamWorks studio head Stacey Snider. Jennifer Aniston brought boyfriend Justin Theroux along for the bash, and she looked amazing in a Kaufmanfranco dress. Elizabeth and Freida, meanwhile, picked Calvin Klein dresses for the occasion.
Many of the ladies paid tribute to legend award-winner Barbra, though Reese reserved her comments for Jennifer. Reese raved about Jennifer, saying, "You just want to get your nails done with her, and you want to make out with her at the same time. At least I do — and that's what we do sometimes on Saturdays." Reese also had time to say hi to her This Means War costar and pal, Chelsea Handler, as well as Robin Wright. Katherine Heigl made it an adorable date night with her husband, Josh Kelley, and Rachel Zoe stepped out in a long, flowy gown. We caught up with some of the ladies on the gray carpet before the event began. Naomi spoke about how amazing it was to shoot with Leonardo DiCaprio on their upcoming movie, J. Edgar, and joked that unlike some actors she's worked with, she likes him just as much as his work. Katherine Heigl admitted that she was inspired to act by Jennifer, and Michelle said she was so honored to be there — stay tuned for more later today on PopSugar Rush!
One For the Money Trailer: Katherine Heigl Is a Bounty Hunter With an Attitude, Jersey Accent
Don't think that just because Katherine Heigl is playing a bounty hunter in One For the Money that she's left her romantic comedy clichés behind. Heigl stars as Stephanie Plum, a New Jersey native who loses her job in retail and ends up working for a family member who's a bail bondsman. One of her first assignments is to nab a man, Joe Morelli (played Terra Nova's Jason O'Mara), who has skipped out on his bail bond. Even though Morelli is Stephanie's mark, he just so happens to be her ex. (Sounds an awful lot like The Bounty Hunter, no?)
Even though Heigl is treading in familiar territory, at least her character is a bit of a stretch from what we usually see from her — she's a tough-talking Jersey girl prone to whipping her shirt off if need be. From the trailer, the movie is entirely predictable, but fans of the book by Janet Evanovich will probably be curious to see Heigl as Plum. Check it out for yourself when you keep reading.
Diane Keaton and Robert De Niro to Go Merrily Down the Stream
Hollywood marriages are hard to keep together, even when they're just on screen. Diane Keaton and Robert De Niro will star in indie comedy Gently Down the Stream as a divorced couple who pretend to be married again. When their adopted son gets engaged, they agree to pose as a couple at the wedding to keep up appearances for his biological mother.

Katherine Heigl and Amanda Seyfried have also signed on to appear, though we don't know what roles they'll have yet. But let's be honest: it's all about De Niro and Keaton. The legendary actors were costars in The Godfather: Part II but had no scenes together, and while they were costars in Marvin's Room, they didn't play a couple. So this will be our first shot at seeing them playing a pair — even if they're not exactly a happy one, I'm psyched to see their holy acting union.
Carrie, Taylor, Gwyneth, and Leighton Make a Strong Showing at the CMA Awards
The red carpet at the 2010 CMA Awards in Nashville brought together lovely ladies from both the music and acting worlds last night. Cohost Carrie Underwood chose a slate grey Talbot Runhof gown for her arrival while Gwyneth Paltrow went with a sexy, side-baring Atelier Versace dress for her country music debut. Gwyneth's Country Strong costar Leighton Meester mixed things up in Emilio Pucci and Taylor Swift went with a bold red Monique Lhuillier. W cover girl Katherine Heigl, who was there to support her brother-in-law Lady Antebellum lead singer Charles Kelley, showed up in a bright blue strapless Farah Angsana number and was just one of the gorgeous girls with a flawless face.
Carrie opened the show with a musical number alongside Brad Paisley, who was named Entertainer of the Year, before changing into an array of gorgeous looks throughout the night. Nicole Kidman watched from the audience in white Dolce & Gabbana as her husband Keith Urban took the stage while Katherine and Josh Kelley cheered on Lady Antebellum as they accepted two statues. Gwyneth geared up for her big night with a pint of beer, and her much-anticipated live performance didn't disappoint — what did you think? She was game for a little teasing by Carrie and Brad, who asked if she could score them Coldplay tickets, though Chris Martin wasn't there to watch his wife's musical number. Taylor Swift didn't continue her winning streak, but she did take the stage to perform "Back to December" — congrats to everyone honoured during country's big evening!

Pregnant, Naked Miranda Kerr Joins Katherine Heigl, Madonna, and More in W's Family Issue
Katherine Heigl and her daughter Naleigh Kelley gracefully pose in a loving embrace on the December cover of W. The issue celebrates many different types of celebrity families from those with many kids to couples preparing for their first. Following last month's nude Kim Kardashian shoot, model Miranda Kerr is photographed naked inside the magazine to honour her pregnancy with husband Orlando Bloom. She talks about future career plans and keeping the sex of her unborn child a surprise. Usher, Madonna, and Katherine also open up about parenthood and what the bonds with their sons and daughters mean to them — check out the slideshow of gorgeous images. Read the full interview on W's site. Here are the highlights:
- Miranda on starting a family: "For me, family is life . . . The decision to start one wasn't complex at all . . . My career has been wonderful, but it's not my life. I don't feel pressure to get back to work. My goal involves a hammock, a vegetable patch, and a solar-powered house. And I hope to eventually get there."
- Katherine on adopting Naleigh: "Three or four days before I traveled to Atlanta to shoot Life as We Know It, I became Naleigh's mother . . . I was about to play a woman who inherits a baby, and I was experiencing the same things as my character. I didn't really want to let Naleigh out of my sight, but it's not terribly realistic to have a baby in a trailer 12 to 14 hours a day."
- Katherine on adapting to having a child: "I knew there was no way in hell I was going to get rid of any of my dogs to make room for a baby. Naleigh loves them. Sometimes it reminds me of The Jungle Book. I'm like, Oh, my God — she's being raised by animals."

Love It or Hate It: Katherine Heigl's Curls
What's this? A change of hairstyle for Katherine Heigl, again? Katherine has been switching up her look a lot recently, shifting from blonde, to auburn to brunette. Now she's experimenting with curls. Not loose casual waves though, think: full-on Shirley Temple ringlets. Check it out! She unveiled her latest look for the opening of new movie Killers in Los Angeles, pairing it with nude lips and smokey eye makeup. I thought she looked cute, although the reaction has been mixed. What do you think?
