Kristen Stewart went retro for the June 2012 cover of Elle UK, shot by photographer David Slijper. The issue hits newsstands tomorrow, May 2. She wore Jil Sander for the front of the magazine, which is being released as part of Kristen's promotional tour for Snow White and the Huntsman. Kristen was in Las Vegas last week for CinemaCon to chat up the thriller with her costar Charlize Theron, ahead of its release on June 1 here in the US. Now, Kristen's had to switch gears to focus on another project. She traveled to Vancouver over the weekend to do Breaking Dawn reshoots alongside her Twilight — and real-life — love Robert Pattinson.

I thought Kristen looks natural gorgeous even in much less makeup for this cover here! I love the retro 70s style. Her post are combine classical & moderized....like...trendy, classic, and fun! Not everyone can pull of this look but Kristen definitely did it justice again!

First, love this photog ever since he was highlighted in homotography for GQ Style Germany! He is very talented. yay, to the Gays! Second, kristen is always awkward - poor girl, her mum must not have hugged her enough because stardom doesn't help her "blossom" and I feel she will be terrible in the next "snow white" film (bad casting.) That aside she looks a very zany in this - like a mannequin with broken limbs going in odd directions. It's clearly her yet again being awkward WTF is that pose is she re-creating "the bangles"? Is that "walk like an egyptian" for the new millenium or is she trying to rub her belly and her head at the same time and got confused... This isn't ELLE UK's best cover soooo I have to say the American ELLE beat them this Month. In fabulous summery: No more Kristen on the cover it's painful to watch... like forcing a slug to crawl on salt oh the horror. I deeply enjoy retro themes so great. ELLE US beat the ELLE UK for best cover and the war rages on....
