Super! McFly To Release New Album On Own Label
McFly played in the Soccer Six this weekend (as well as Pete Doherty) and managed to get to the semi-finals before being knocked out. Hard luck, lads. The boys were probably a little tired after playing a 90 minute set at Aintree race course on Friday night. Those worried about their musical future after their split with Island records need worry no more – having recorded their new album in Australia, the boys are going ahead and hope to release their new album in late July.
Island reportedly tried to woo the boys back, but Tom, Harry, Danny and Dougie have set up their own label – Super Records – and will be releasing their new material on that. I can't wait to hear it!
