The three women were joined by Nashville star Connie Britton, Revenge's Joshua Bowman, and model Chrissy Teigen as they mingled with New Yorkers at the park. Katie is currently filming her new project, Mania Days, in the city, and she caused quite a stir on set a few weeks ago when she was spotted filming love scenes with costar Luke Kirby out in public. Meanwhile, Naomi has been playing social butterfly in the Big Apple while her longtime love, Liev Schreiber, finishes up filming for his new project, Ray Donovan, in LA. Naomi hit up Stella McCartney's Resort 2014 presentation with friends Cameron Diaz and Kate Bosworth on Monday and joined forces with Sienna Miller at a charity event last week. She has big news to share today as the new trailer for Diana, her film about the life of Princess Diana, was released online.
Want to see if Naomi Watts can pull off playing Princess Diana? The Oscar-nominated actress takes on the royal role in the upcoming biopic Diana, and the first teaser shows a hint of footage, but no dialogue yet. The movie is set to follow her from 1995 to her tragic death in 1997. It will focus on her relationship with Dr. Hasnat Khan (Naveen Andrews) after her divorce from Charles, her humanitarian works, and her campaign against landmines.
It's interesting to see Watts as Diana, not just because of their physical resemblance, but because I really think she's going to be able to pull off Diana's presence. Hopefully we'll hear Watts speak in the next trailer, plus a bit more about the story, but for now I'll settle for watching this on repeat. Yesterday in New York City, Stella McCartney gathered a gaggle of beautiful models and invited all of her fabulous celebrity friends and fans to preview her latest 2014 Resort Collection. The event was held in the trendy West Village and included famous faces such as Madonna, Cameron Diaz, Anna Wintour, Kate Bosworth, Naomi Watts, Helena Christensen, Julianne Moore, Liv Tyler and her rocker dad Steven. At Tueday night's Up2Us benefit in New York, our eyes were drawn to two fashion-forward blondes: Sienna Miller and Naomi Watts. While the stars appeared to be sitting at opposite ends of the style spectrum upon first glance, a closer inspection reveals some similarities. Sienna looks ready for Summer in a fresh white sundress and pale pink ballet flats, while Naomi is dressed in a sophisticated look we could see at the office: a leather pencil skirt, studded black blouse, and professional pumps.
Totally different, right? Not so fast. The eyelets on Sienna's dress are echoed by the grommets of Naomi's skirt and both women are playing with dimension. Rather than go with a traditional, uniformly sized eyelet, the holes on Sienna's dress vary in size as they move from the top of the shoulder and down the chest. And the oversized studs on Naomi's top is a surprising, unique touch, especially when worn with rich mahogany leather.

The Swiss watch brand IWC Schaffhausen gathered stars in France for the Cannes Film Festival in the town of Antibes last night for its For the Love of Cinema party. The location was the luxurious seaside Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, which made for a picturesque night. Rooney Mara, Naomi Watts, and Karolína Kurková were among the famous women who hit the red carpet wearing timepieces from the brand, as did actor Christoph Waltz and race car driver Lewis Hamilton. The group was treated to a performance by Jamiroquai's Jay Kay and dinner inside the hotel's restaurant.
Wearing a long-sleeved leather Balmain dress, Karolína discussed her bold choice and said, "It's not short!" She also revealed that her travels to Cannes were partially for work and partially for a family vacation with her husband, Archie Drury, and their son, Tobin. Naomi, meanwhile, wore a chic floral gown from Dolce & Gabbana. She told us on the red carpet that when in the South of France, she dresses the part. Though her day-to-day choices aren't fancy, she ups the fashion ante even more than usual for premieres and events at the festival's iconic Palais.
The 2013 Tribeca Film Festival has officially come to a close, and the annual event brought many of Hollywood's biggest stars to the Big Apple. Over the weekend, Julianne Moore got dressed up in purple for a screening of The English Teacher, while Justin Long kicked back with a Heineken at the afterparty for Single Shot. Kate Hudson stunned in a white Jenny Packham dress to attend the premiere of her film The Reluctant Fundamentalist with her director, Mira Nair, and costar Kiefer Sutherland last week, and pregnant trio Busy Philipps, Kat Coiro, and Evan Rachel Wood compared bumps at the Case of You premiere last weekend.

Colours come in and out of style fairly quickly in fashion, however, mint green has been a pastel shade that has stayed its course for Spring throughout three seasons now. Just look at Cheska Hull last night at OK! Magazine editor's 40th birthday party in London wearing a mint dress, or Naomi Watts spotted a few weeks ago in the airport with a spearmint bag and Katy Perry donning a sage dress at the Grammy Awards. I personally love this crisp colour and have had a blast shopping for spearmint clothes and accessories here to spice up my Spring wardrobe. How do you feel about mint green fashions?
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner showed love yesterday afternoon at the John Varvatos 10th annual Stuart House Benefit. Ben and Jen were the day's cochairs, and they arrived together, posing for pictures separately and side by side, before heading into the event and taking the stage to help raise funds for Stuart House, a rape treatment center. Ben welcomed the time with his wife, telling reporters that he's been relaxing with his family since winning best picture for Argo. He said, "I've been able to really just enjoy my good fortune in the last couple of weeks and sit back and kind of just take it in and not do anything, just eat ice cream on the couch. It's been a really nice time to hang out with my wife and that sort of thing, so we're just enjoying it."
They were among the many celebrity couples who turned out for the bash. Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber looked right at home in the California sunshine, as did Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. Joe Manganiello made the rounds with girlfriend Bridget Peters, though Nina Dobrev was without her boyfriend and Vampire Diaries costar Ian Somerhalder.
Kate Moss donned a wig and walked the runway at the Louis Vuitton Fall 2013 fashion show in Paris today. Fashionable celebrities Naomi Watts, Elizabeth Olsen, and Jessica Chastain sat front row at the show to watch Kate make her return to her old stomping ground. Kate's husband, Jamie Hince, and daughter, Lila Grace, also made the trip over the Channel to watch the model mom work her stuff. The Louis Vuitton show wasn't the only big fashion news Kate was working on — Kate was named "fashion royalty" by The Sunday Times yesterday, the same day that she attended Carine Roitfeld's CR Fashion Book Issue 2 launch in the City of Light.
Kate's see-through Louis Vuitton dress was surprisingly less revealing than her recent nude photo shoot with Rihanna for V Magazine, which featured the singer and the model in alternating topless poses.
