Leonardo DiCaprio Gets Artsy Before His Big Auction

Leonardo DiCaprio stepped out for the Brant Foundation Art Study Center's Andy Warhol showing on Sunday in Greenwich, CT.

Leonardo DiCaprio stepped out for the Brant Foundation Art Study Center's Andy Warhol showing on Sunday in Greenwich, CT. The event, which featured several of the artist's greats hits such as "Flowers" and "The Last Supper," was also attended by Owen Wilson, Stephanie Seymour, and Sharon and Aimee Osbourne. While Leo made a quick entrance into the center, he has been a red carpet fixture over the previous weeks for Great Gatsby promotions. His much-anticipated film was released Friday but could not quite top the box office over the weekend, coming in No. 2 to still-reigning Iron Man 3.

Leonardo, though, has already switched gears and is utilizing the art world for his more charitable endeavors. The actor and his environmental foundation joined forces with Christie's for a charity auction in NYC today to benefit environmental causes. The event is called The 11th Hour Auction, and Leonardo's foundation hopes to raise over $18 million for causes such as wildlife and endangered-species protection. Thirty-three pieces from top artists including Banksy, Andreas Gursky, Bharti Kher, and others will be at the bidding stake, while Leonardo himself donated his "Ocean V" by Andreas to the auction.

The Internship Trailer: Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson Go to Google

If you own Wedding Crashers on DVD and still watch it a couple times per year, you'll probably be very excited about the trailer for The Internship, which reunites the irresistible duo of Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn.

If you own Wedding Crashers on DVD and still watch it a couple times per year, you'll probably be very excited about the trailer for The Internship, which reunites the irresistible duo of Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn. After their company goes under, their characters try to get jobs at Google, only with today's economy, they have to start at the bottom: the intern pool. There, they face humorless supervisors and a competitive group of sabotaging peers. Yes, the kind of peers that trick them into looking tor a wheelchair-bound man named Professor Xavier.

We've seen the banter between Wilson and Vaughn before, but I'm willing to roll with it to witness their chemistry again. I'm also excited about the supporting cast of Rose Byrne, John Goodman, Josh Gad, and B.J. Novak; even Will Ferrell is billed for an appearance. Come on, how could you say no to those faces? The movie opens June 7, and you can watch the trailer after the jump.

Owen has since moved on to his next project, voicing Reggie in the animated comedy Turkeys. He also has a birthday coming up, too, and will turn 44 on Nov. 18.

Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn had special visitors on the set of their new movie, The Internship, yesterday in Atlanta. Owen was spotted carrying his 1-year-old son, Robert Ford, and cuddling him between takes. Meanwhile, Vince's wife, Kyla Weber, brought their young daughter, Locklyn, along to visit, too. During a break from shooting, Owen looked on while the toddlers held hands and tested out their relatively new walking skills.

Owen and Vince spent the day shooting at a mattress store with Will Ferrell, who also has a role in the movie. Owen and Robert Ford's mother, Jade Duell, split last year. Despite the split, they've been seen taking their son on outings to the park and the beach together since ending their romantic relationship.

The green room backstage at last night's SAG Awards offered some of the presenters a rare moment to take a load off! Kyra Sedgwick and husband Kevin Bacon shared a sweet moment on a couch, then welcomed Michelle Williams over for a hug. Michelle's BFF Busy Philipps was in charge of holding their clutches when Michelle kicked off the show and presented the oustanding male actor in a supporting role to Beginners star Christopher Plummer. Busy also took a moment to say hello to actress Regina King. Owen Wilson hung out there as well, along with a Givenchy haute couture-clad Zoe Saldana and Natalie Portman in Giambattista Valli. The SAG Awards winners were taken from the backstage area over to the press room, while those who announced the awards went out into the audience to reclaim their seats. However, there is still one category that's undecided — who do you think was best dressed at the SAG Awards?

Owen Wilson was a doting dad yesterday at a Santa Monica park with his young son Robert Ford Wilson.

Owen Wilson was a doting dad yesterday at a Santa Monica park with his young son Robert Ford Wilson. His ex, Jade Duell, also kept an eye on their little one as he tackled the jungle gym and slide. Owen preserved memories of the happy afternoon by snapping photos on his iPad. Owen and Jade welcomed Robert earlier this year in January. Since then, Owen's visited the mother-son duo multiple times at her Hawaiian home.

Owen's jet-setting hasn't stopped there. Last week, he was in St. Barts on a vacation with friends. Owen was seen hanging out at the island's chic Bagatelle, enjoying attention from women on the dance floor. It seems like a perfect time for Owen to celebrate since he recently nabbed a Golden Globe nomination for his role in Midnight in Paris. The Big Year: For the Birds

I have to give The Big Year some credit for straying from the idea that comedies either need to be raunchy, romantic, or dumbed down for kids these days.

I have to give The Big Year some credit for straying from the idea that comedies either need to be raunchy, romantic, or dumbed down for kids these days. The film feels more like an old-fashioned comedy, before the genre became overrun with fart jokes and one actor playing every role himself. Though it won't make you roll your eyes, the downside is that The Big Year won't really make you laugh, either.

As three very different birders (that's "bird-watchers" for you amateurs) determined to see the most species in the span of a year — aka, a "big year" — Owen Wilson, Jack Black, and Steve Martin turn in genuine and likable performances. The film has heart and a feel-good message, but watching three dudes check out woodpeckers through their binoculars is about as boring as it sounds.

Steve Martin Does Not Approve of Clooney-Style Pranks

Steve Martin chatted about The Big Year at a recent press day in NYC along with his costars Owen Wilson and Jack Black.

Steve Martin chatted about The Big Year at a recent press day in NYC along with his costars Owen Wilson and Jack Black. The trio, who play birders competing for a world record in the film, have great comic chemistry, and they joked about their antics on set and even confessed to a night of debauchery. The Big Year trailer gives a peek of what's to come when the movie is out on Oct. 14. The three get along great, but Steve in particular was happy their on-set time didn't include any out-there pranks. They said:

What was it like on set – were there any pranks?

Steve Martin: I’m not much of a prankster.

Owen Wilson: Oh come on, April Fool's Day — you wait for that to come around like nobody’s business.

SM: On April Fool’s Day, I change people’s calendar to April 2nd.

OW: It wasn’t really a prank-filled set

SM: When I hear about a prank-filled set, I think, "Ugh, I’m so glad I’m not on that movie."

Jack Black: Every time I do a press junket I always regret that I didn’t pull a George Clooney prank, so that I would have a prank to talk about later. We really missed an opportunity there, guys.

SM: We should have hired a writer to come up with some pranks that we could have said we played. We did have fun and we hung out on the set.

To read what else the guys joked about, just keep reading.
