She posed on the carpet withouth her best friend and date, Busy Philipps. The girls met up inside, though, and Busy later tweeted her happiness for Michelle. Busy wrote, "That was genuinely one of the most fun nights ever. So incredibly proud of my best friend!" Harvey Weinstein got shout-outs in mutiple acceptance speeches last night, being alternatively referred to as "the punisher," or in a memorable quip from Meryl Streep, as "God." Meryl was another winner who turned out for the company's event. She took home the best actress in a drama honor for The Iron Lady.

It's always fun to see a new hair trend on the red carpet. In the past couple of days, we've spotted Stacy Keibler in London at the UK premiere of The Descendants, Paris Hilton in Germany, and Rachel Zoe in Hollywood all wearing a parted milk-maid plait. This hairstyle is easy enough to achieve at home on your own, and, as we see, it can be as messy or constructed as you like. Simply part your hair on the side, pull half of it off of your face with a clip, and braid the other side around your crown. The former The Simple Life costars are rarely photographed together in recent years, though this makes two nights in a row for Paris and Nicole as they both attended the Britney Spears concert on Monday as well. Paris even tweeted to Nicole after the bash using their cutesy nicknames for each other, saying, "Bill, great seeing you tonight at #Iheartronson. You looked so beautiful! Love you. Love Sill xoxo." Paris was home in time to watch herself on Lopez Tonight, and overall she seemed to be in good spirits despite confirming her split from boyfriend Cy Waits earlier in the day.
