If you're looking for a way to banish those winter blues, then T4 has the answer: Shipwrecked. The reality TV show filmed far far away is back on our TV screens at 12.30 today! Last year's season may not have been your favourite reality show of 2008, but one thing we can't deny is the amount of bare flesh the programme delivers. The ten "Originals" have pretty hot bodies and some superb names: let me introduce you to Liam, Hermione, Rosie, Xanthi, Mackenzie, Nadejah, Hollie, Soodi, Sonny and Mark. aww i lv shipwrecked...guilty pleasure....but yea i agree last year their were some really terrible annoying people on there. one of the girls on there used to go to my school!

I missed it, but I'll try to catch it on demand or next Saturday. Shipwrecked is a huge guilty pleasure for me, I watch it every year, shamefully.
