That gastrosexual Jamie Oliver has been busy filming an advert for his new range of pesto, complete with men dressed as the jars of sauce! Jamie was looking pretty happy and tanned as he smiled for the cameras and signed a policeman's cook book during the shoot, which involved driving his human jars of sauce around in a funky old van. It's no wonder the celebrity chef is cheerful, as he must be celebrating the news that Sainsbury's has stopped selling battery farmed chickens.

Whoah that's some serious tan!
I'm so happy to hear that about Sainsbury's - battery chickens and other weird food provenance really freak me out!
1lv lv lv jamie! my mums got that cook book, its so good she does the best roast lamb ever now
2i guess that it's good for him that he's managing to build his empire so nicely. there will always be people following what he does. it's a shame that his show didn't do so well on Food Network since he's fun to listen to - but oh well...what can you do right?
3it looks like he has make-up on!
4I think Jamie's new range is a bit of a sell-out - he has some pretty ordinary olive oil, and jar pesto isn't anything like fresh pesto and his whole shtick is that you can make stuff easily yourself.
