Hands up who wants to nurse Robert Pattinson's injuries? Me too! They're all fake, of course, as he was spotted on the Water For Elephants set in LA yesterday alongside his costars. Doesn't it remind you of those pics of him all cut up while shooting Remember Me in New York? He showed off a little of his chest in his open necked sweater, definitely not as smart and dapper as some of the costumes he's worn on set. I can't wait to see this film!
