Viggo Mortensen, Charlize Theron and Guy Pearce star in this adaptation of Cormac McCarthy's novel The Road. The book is a Pulitzer Prize winner, and tells the story of a father and son trying to survive in the ashes of post-apocalyptic North America as they make their way to the coast. To me, this trailer makes the movie not seem as dark as the book, literally and figuratively.
I'll see it simply because Viggo is in it!
