Gwyneth Paltrow hit the red carpet in a sheer colorblocked Antonio Berardi dress at the premiere of Iron Man 3 in LA yesterday. She was joined by her castmates Guy Pearce, Ben Kingsley, Don Cheadle, and Robert Downey Jr., who brought along his wife, Susan. The couple arrived sporting dark sunglasses on the carpet and squeezed in some sweet PDA while waving to fans. Last night's event marks the first stateside premiere ahead of the movie's May 3 release. When asked if there would be a fourth Iron Man movie, or if he has plans to appear in the Avengers sequel, Robert said he "doesn't want to wear out [his] welcome" as Tony Stark but knows there's a lot of goodwill for the franchise and his character. Gwyneth and RDJ have recently been promoting the action flick overseas, including stops in Munich, Paris, and London. Gwyneth told us that while across the pond, she took her kids, Apple and Moses, to see the movie with their friends and "they loved it."

It's been a busy month for the actress, but with lots of cause for celebration. In addition to making the press rounds for the third installment of Iron Man, Gwyneth's second cookbook, It's All Good, debuted at number one on the New York Times bestseller list earlier this month. Gwyneth was also named People magazine's Most Beautiful Woman this week. In the issue, Gwyneth revealed that despite glamming it up for the red carpet, she's much more stripped-down while hanging out at home, saying, "Around the house, I'm in jeans and a t-shirt. I don't really wear makeup."

Gwyneth and RDJ Get Cute in the UK For Iron Man

Gwyneth Paltrow, in a Dior dress, and Robert Downey Jr. got flirty for a photocall in London today. The Iron Man 3 costars popped up in the UK for the latest stop on their worldwide tour, which has also taken them to Germany and Paris. Gwyneth and RDJ arrived in London during a somber time, as former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher was laid to rest today. They will be extending their stay across the pond since the film's UK premiere was pushed back from its originally scheduled date, today, to tomorrow due to the funeral arrangements, which required heightened security to tend to the large crowds.

Gwyneth and RDJ have been turning on the charm during the film's press push, and Robert planted kisses on Gwyneth's cheek during their photocall in Munich last week. The duo will continue the fun into next week as they are scheduled to head back to the US to premiere Iron Man 3 in LA ahead of its May 3 release.

Last week saw the duo in Munich, where Gwyneth wore KaufmanFranco to a German event. Next week, it's back to the UK for Gwyneth. She and Robert will attend Iron Man 3's London premiere Thursday, April 18. The red carpet screening had originally been scheduled for Wednesday but was pushed one day back to make allowances for crowds expected in the capital due to Margaret Thatcher's funeral.

Gwyneth Paltrow donned a white Kaufmanfranco dress to join her Iron Man 3 costar Robert Downey Jr. for a photocall in Munich this morning. He caused quite a stir as he chose to wear traditional Bavarian garb of lederhosen for the occasion. Today's stop marks Gwyneth's first on the film's worldwide promotional tour. However, the action has already begun for RDJ with stops in Korea, Beijing, and Moscow. The pair are next headed to Paris to debut the film on Monday, followed by stops in London and LA leading up to Iron Man 3's May 3 release in the US. You could have the chance to meet up with Pepper Potts herself during the LA leg of her press tour — enter to meet Gwyneth in our I'm a Huge Fan contest!

Gwyneth is now switching gears to promote her latest big-screen endeavor following a recent press push for her new cookbook, It's All Good. As if taking on double-duty with her film and new book were not enough, Gwyneth also graces the cover of Harper's Bazaar's May edition, and inside the issue, she spoke about her evolving marriage to husband Chris Martin. She said, "We are growing into very similar people. It's cool, it's good. It's not always easy, though!"

Tony Stark Is a Hot Mess in the New Iron Man 3 Trailer

"Today is the first day of what's left of your life," announces villain The Mandarin (Ben Kingsley) in the latest trailer for Iron Man 3.

"Today is the first day of what's left of your life," announces villain The Mandarin (Ben Kingsley) in the latest trailer for Iron Man 3. Indeed, if you caught the first trailer for Iron Man 3, you know things aren't looking good for Tony Stark. He's having a depressive streak after the incident in New York (see: The Avengers) and he's having trouble sleeping, perpetually worried about his true love, Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow). It's an ideal time for the goose-bumps-worthy Mandarin to slip in and shake him down. It's not all bad, though: while this new trailer is just as chilling as the first, it's also more hopeful. Tony has enemies, but he's also got friends — lots of them, in their very own Iron Man-like suits.

Though I'm holding out hope that good prevails over evil, I find The Mandarin to be simply terrifying. He's got a unique look, but it's Kingsley's voice that sends shivers down my spine. Mostly I fear for Pepper, who I'd like to think survives, but Tony's proclamation of "revenge" at the end of the trailer makes me wonder if she makes it out alright. Iron Man 3 hits theaters on May 3, but until then, you can watch the new trailer after the jump.

The Avengers Bring Their Superpowers to London

Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr., and the rest of the all-star Avengers cast stepped out in London tonight for the UK premiere.

Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr., and the rest of the all-star Avengers cast stepped out in London tonight for the UK premiere. The actors are making their way around the globe prior to the May 4 US release of the action adventure. We were on hand for the LA debut last week, and since then, Scarlett, RDJ, and the rest of the celebs have been on the road talking up their larger-than-life flick. It was a special evening for dad-to-be Chris Hemsworth, who was joined by his Hoss Intropia-clad wife, Elsa Pataky. The couple are expecting their first child this Summer, though they've decided to keep the baby's gender a secret. Robert might be able to give Chris some parenting tips — RDJ and his wife, Susan, welcomed son Exton in February.

Scarlett opted to break away from the sexy LBDs she's been wearing and instead chose a floral embroidered Prada frock. Scarlett was the only female cast member to make the trek to Moscow for the Avengers screening, but tonight she was joined by her partner in fighting crime, Cobie Smulders. Cobie dazzled in a form-fitted, floor-length Alexandra Vidal red gown.

Stellan Skarsgård, who has a small role in the film, was also in attendance with his son Alexander Skarsgård close by.

On the carpet, Scarlett told us that if she had her character Black Widow's powers of interrogation, she'd probably use her skills to grill George Clooney for all his secrets. Meanwhile, new dad Robert Downey Jr., who was there with his wife Susan Downey, spoke about feeling great since the birth of their son Exton earlier this year. Stay tuned for today's PopSugar Rush to catch our interviews with Scarlett and RDJ, and for any others you may have missed!

The Avengers is one of the most anticipated movies of 2012, but the year's biggest box office hit — The Hunger Games — came up several times during the evening. Chris Hemsworth spoke about his little brother Liam Hemsworth's success with the blockbuster, and Jeremy Renner — whose character Hawkeye is an expert with the bow and arrow — told us he thinks he'd easily take Katniss in an archery competition.
