Salma Hayek and Taylor Lautner teamed up for a photocall in Cancun yesterday as part of promotions for their upcoming movie Grown Ups 2. The duo was also joined by fellow castmates Adam Sandler, Kevin James, and David Spade, all of whom attended CinemaCon with Salma and Taylor on Wednesday in Las Vegas. Missing from both promotional stops were the group's other costars Maya Rudolph and Chris Rock. The Grown Ups 2 cast did get together as a whole, though, for an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, which aired on Wednesday as well. During the show Maya finally confirmed she was pregnant with her fourth child, and the cast joked that she will be naming her newborn Grown Ups 3.

Apart from the funny times Salma is partaking in during her promotional duties, she has a more serious project well in the works. Salma cofounded the Chime For Change women's organization with Beyoncé Knowles and Gucci creative director Frida Giannini. Salma was on hand last month to announce that Beyoncé will be one of several artists to perform at the organization's global charity concert on June 1 in London.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson continued their Breaking Dawn Part 2 press tour this morning in Spain. They linked up at Madrid's Villa Magna Hotel for a photocall along with Taylor Lautner. Last night, the trio was in the UK for a premiere there. Kristen wore a sexy lace Zuhair Murad jumpsuit to their London event, and changed into jeans and a bomber jacket for their Breaking Dawn afterparty. Today, though, Kristen was a bit more covered up in a black and white Julien Macdonald dress. The next few days will bring Kristen, Robert, and Taylor around Europe in the run-up to the overseas debut of their final Twilight film. Fans in the US, though, will be able to see their finished product starting at midnight tonight.

She wore a sexy lace Zuhair Murad jumpsuit that showed plenty of skin after donning an equally racy dress by the same designer for the LA premiere on Monday. Kristen chose a sheer, nude gown for the carpet, but changed into her usual t-shirt and jeans for the afterparty. The fun didn't last long though, since Rob, Taylor, and Kristen hopped on a plane to London that night. While they're in England, Nikki Reed and Jackson Rathbone are headed to Denmark for their own appearance. It's the final Twilight press tour with the last installment hitting theaters this Friday.

The final installment in the Twilight franchise hits theaters on Friday, and on Monday night the cast came out in LA to premiere their project. Elle Fanning kicked off the red-carpet appearances with Elizabeth Reaser, Mad Men's Kiernan Shipka, and Ashley Tisdale. Ashley Greene signed autographs, as did an Elie Saab-clad Dakota Fanning, while Peter Facinelli posed for photographers. Amy Adams and Julianne Hough also made appearances. Kellan Lutz shared a moment on the carpet with Nikki Reed and Ashley, who both wore pastel gowns, when he wasn't busy posing with girlfriend Sharni Vinson. Kristen Stewart wowed the crowd in a sheer Zuhair Murad gown and stopped for snaps alongside boyfriend Robert Pattinson. Robert Pattinson, who wore green Gucci on the red carpet, changed into a red henley and leather jacket to chat with his mother, Clare Pattinson, and the movie's director, Bill Condon. Kristen Stewart, who wore a sexy sheer Zuhair Murad gown for the photos, also slipped into something more comfortable: her standard leather jacket and t-shirt. Taylor Lautner, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Elizabeth Reaser, Jackson Rathbone, Peter Facinelli, and the rest of the cast mixed and mingled during the sentimental bash.

Robert and Kristen stuck together for their glamorous arrival, delighting fans, some of whom camped out for days to get a glimpse of the stars and see the final Twilight installment. Now the crew is off for a handful of international stops before Breaking Dawn Part 2 hits theaters stateside on Friday.

The on-again couple spoke with a variety of outlets, including MTV, about the finale of the Twilight saga. Robert touched on the sex scenes featured in the Nov. 16 release, and had a few jokes about the usually PG series' foray into adulthood. Robert joked about the racy moments, saying, "I haven't seen it yet, so I don't know, but I imagine it's quite like the scene where they're doing pottery in Ghost."
