After teasing a potential beauty brand in May 2023, Beyoncé has officially confirmed her hair-care line Cécred. On Feb. 7, in video posted on Instagram in collaboration with the brand page, there are people in various stages of getting their hair done from washing to styling, all punctuated by vintage snaps of the Knowles family in Tina Knowles's salon back in the '90s.

After keeping details under wraps for quite some time (more on that ahead), we finally know what products Beyoncé's hair-care brand will carry. Launching on Feb. 20, Cécred's debut line, the Foundation Collection, includes eight products designed to nourish all hair types, from straight to coily, with formulations made of rich oils and butters.

The in-shower products include a Clarifying Shampoo & Scalp Scrub ($38) to remove buildup from the scalp, a Hydrating Shampoo ($30) made with hyaluronic acid, a Moisturizing Deep Conditioner ($38) with African oils and shea butter to moisturize and detangle, and a Reconstructing Treatment Mask ($42) formulated with the brand's patent-pending bioactive keratin ferment to address damage. For an extra boost, there's also a Fermented Rice & Rose Protein Ritual ($52), which includes four fermented rice water treatments designed to be used once a month. You can purchase the Ritual Shaking Vessel ($20) to make mixing the rice water treatment easier.

Cécred's styling products include two items: a Moisture Sealing Lotion ($38), which is a multitasking leave-in treatment, and a Nourishing Hair Oil ($44) made with a blend of 13 oils to soften, hydrate, and add shine.

Fans have been sleuthing since the original clues about the star's latest venture were revealed back in 2023. The first hint was when she posted a carousel on Instagram with photos of her sitting in front of her vanity and curling her hair. Now, for the average follower, that wouldn't be a shock. However, if you also have your PhD in Beyoncé Studies, you know that there are only a handful of people who typically do her hair: her mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, and her long-time stylists Neal Farinah and Kim Kimble.

In that same video there also appeared to be unlabeled bottles of beauty lab samples lined up in front of her. Additionally, according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office website, a trademark was filed in 2012 for "B" covering a host of products related to hair, such as "non-medicated hair-care preparations," hair gel, shampoo, conditioner, and more. The owner of that trademark is BGK Trademark Holdings, also known as Beyoncé's holding company. That meant, at the very least, that thoughts of a hair-care line from the star had been brewing for about 10 years.

But that wasn't the end of the evidence. In a handwritten note in the last slide of the carousel, Beyoncé asked fans if they recall her first job, which was sweeping hair in her mother's salon. After detailing the impact that she saw the salon have on countless women, Beyoncé ended the note with: "Having learned so much on my own hair journey, I've always dreamed of carrying on her legacy. I can't wait for you to experience what I've been creating."
