The wait for Peter Pilotto's Target collaboration has been long, but the collection finally launches tomorrow. The partnership with the British label, which was announced at the Peter Pilotto Spring 2014 show, is so big that the print-heavy pieces won't just be sold at Target stores in the US. For the first time, we'll be able to get in on the action, as the collection will be sold around the world through Net-a-Porter.com too. But set those alarms early, as nobody truly knows what time the pieces will go live on the site!
"By working with Target, we're able to broaden our reach and bring our design aesthetic to an entirely new audience," said Pilotto, who has lots of celebrity fans, in a statement. His codesigner, Christopher De Vos, added: "This is a pivotal moment for our brand. Our collection for Target embodies the elegance and spirit of our own line but makes it accessible to everyone."
The collection include 70 pieces with prices starting at £15. As far as we're concerned, that's quite a bargain for the pattern-perfect lineup that features skater shoes, totes, beach towels, bikinis, and the statement-printed dresses that have made the brand a celebrity favourite.
