London restaurant 34 has come up with a unique way to celebrate the fact Kate Moss has been in the fashion industry for 25 years. No cakes or flowers here, instead, the restaurant commissioned artist Jane McAdam Freud to create a special Champagne coupe . . . from a cast of Kate's left boob!
It may sound ridiculous, but the concept actually dates back to the 18th century, when the first glass of this shape was designed, supposedly inspired by Marie Antoinette's breasts. While Kate might not be a royal, she definitely shares some traits with the French monarch, who — if you believe the history books and the Sophia Coppola film — definitely knew how to have a good time.
The glass features art-deco details and a curved shape (feel free to snigger away) as well as Kate's signature printed on the base. You'll be able to experience the results of this collaboration at 34, The Ivy, Daphne's, and Scott's in London in October, when Kate will officially launch the coupe.
