Kate Moss and Jamie Hince took Lila Grace and some friends out for lunch at a pub in the Cotswolds on Sunday. I'm not loving their coats, I have to say – Kate's furry leopard-print jacket is a little too Bet Lynch for me, and Jamie's skull and crossbones jacket is just falling on the wrong side of tacky. But what do they care?
