As planned, Paris Hilton launched her new perfume Can Can at Selfridges in London today. She donned a strange wedding dress/day at the races outfit, having worn a Union Jack top on her arrival yesterday which, in true self-promoting Paris style, was emblazoned with her name. Nice.
