Newly divorced Heather Mills is in party mode this May. Having attended the New York party for animal rights book Thanking the Monkey, she's reportedly spending £250,000 on a Caribbean holiday "Divorce Party" for her and 25 friends to thank them for their support. Heather's neighbours will no doubt be relieved she's partying elsewhere, as their complaints about her noisy 40th birthday party have led the council to order Heather to take down the marquee in her Sussex garden.
