Amanda Seyfried and Elle cover star Julianne Moore cuddled up for a photocall for their new film Chloe at the London Film Festival yesterday. Amanda stars as the eponymous escort Chloe in the thriller, who is hired by Julianne's character to seduce her husband (played by Liam Neeson) whom she suspects is unfaithful. The female costars share a kiss in the movie, and we'll get to see Amanda's kiss with Megan Fox on our big screens in two weeks, when Jennifer's Body is released.

Helen Mirren was in Rome for the The Last Station, and Terry Gilliam and Lily Cole were also in Italy for The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus premiere.

London Film Festival continued apace yesterday, with several American actors on our shores promoting their latest films. Jason Bateman, Kristen Bell, Malin Akerman and Vince Vaughn brought the sun and sand with them for their Couples Retreat press conference during the day, and then once the sun had gone down George Clooney walked the red carpet once more, this time for the premiere of The Men Who Stare At Goats. He was without his costar Ewan McGregor unfortunately, but Elisabetta Canalis was happy to join him for a PDA.

George Clooney changed out of his casual clothes into black tie for The Fantastic Mr Fox premiere at the opening of the London Film Festival in Leicester Square last night. He was joined by Elisabetta Canali, who wore a black outfit like Cindy Crawford and Myleene Klass, while Sophie Dahl matched her dress to the red carpet. Sophie's step-grandmother Felicity was also at the premiere, and said the author of the original book Roald Dahl would have loved it.

George Clooney arrived in London last night, looking casual in his jeans, boots and leather jacket combo. He's taking time out from filming The American in Italy to appear at the opening of the London Film Festival this evening, alongside his Fantastic Mr Fox costar Meryl Streep. Having been to the Toronto Film Festival and Venice Film Festival, George is racking up his air miles to promote all his new films, and he has three movies showing at this year's LFF!

Last night the NME Awards nominees were announced, where Oasis earned a massive seven nominations, including Best British Band, Best Live Band and Best Album. The categories range from the musical, encompass TV — where PopSugarUK favourites Gavin & Stacey and Skins are up for awards — film, web, venues, style, and then move on to the more fun Hero / Villian Of The Year categories.
Those American teen sensations the Jonas Brothers have also been recognised, with nods in the Worst Band and Worst Album categories in the reader-voted shortlists, but they shouldn't worry too much as they're also alongside Best Band nominee Oasis.
