Arrested Amy Out On Bail
Following her arrest on suspicion of drug offences yesterday (in relation to a video of her allegedly showing her using crack cocaine), Amy Winehouse has been released on bail. She was initially expected to stay the night in prison, but was released late last night after she co-operated. Her spokeswoman made this statement:
"Amy Winehouse voluntarily attended a London police station today by appointment.
Amy Arrested Again
Amy Winehouse was arrested at lunchtime today in connection with a video obtained by The Sun newspaper allegedly showing the singer in possession of and using crack cocaine.
The video was handed to the police by the newspaper in January of this year, and Amy's spokeswoman has made no statement yet. A spokesman for the Met said:
"Around 1pm today a 24-year-old woman from the Camden area attended a London police station by arrangement and was arrested in connection with the alleged possession of a controlled drug.
Amy Winehouse Arrested On Suspicion Of Assault
As predicted, about an hour ago Amy Winehouse showed up at a London police station and was arrested on "suspicion of assault" of a 38-year-old man in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Amy was surrounded by paparazzi on arrival at the station, and arrived in a people carrier with a minder. She was two hours late for her appointment, despite leaving her home at 2pm.
Amy To Be Arrested Today?
Amy Winehouse will be heading voluntarily to a police station in North London today to be questioned and possibly formally arrested after allegedly attacking a man on her night out on Tuesday.
She'll be questioned by detectives this afternoon after a 38-year-old man claimed the singer had assaulted him.

Pete Doherty appeared in court yesterday admitting careless and drink driving after a show in Gloucester, and was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £2050. Pete admitted posession of drugs at a previous hearing and has six previous driving offences and 21 previous drug convictions.
When he entered the court at the beginning of the day, an item that police suspected was a drugs wrap fell from his pocket during a security search.

Alexa Chung, Lily Allen, Jaime Winstone and Alfie Allen were all out for dinner together at Quo Vadis in London last night, following Alexa's long few days at Fashion Week. Lily's campaign against music piracy is picking up pace as Radiohead's Ed O'Brien has spoken out in favour of her opinions. Jaime was looking very current in the new Christopher Kane for Topshop, but it seemed like the celebrating may have been a little too much, as Jaime was arrested on suspicion of drink driving following their dinner when she returned to her car.
Ashley Cole Arrested For Being Drunk and Disorderly
Ashley Cole was arrested in the early hours of this morning for being drunk and disorderly outside a nightclub in London. The footballer was on a night out with friends including John Terry when he was arrested and held in a cell, before paying the £80 fixed penalty charge and being released. A police spokesman said:
"At about 2.15am today, a man was arrested in Brompton Road, South Kensington, on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.
