Catherine Zeta-Jones put her curves on display in a figure-hugging Maria Lucia Hohan dress and Jerome C. Rousseau heels at the Red 2 premiere in LA last night. She was joined by her costars Helen Mirren, who shared a red carpet kiss with her husband, Taylor Hackford, and Bruce Willis, who managed to avoid any premiere PDA with his wife, Emma Heming Willis, but did shoot her loving glances on the carpet. Mary-Louise Parker and John Malkovich, who also star in Red 2, were also on hand to celebrate the project, which hits theaters today. The entire cast has been busy promoting the movie on late-night talk shows over the past week and Mary-Louise shared a funny story about Bruce when she appeared on Conan on Tuesday. She explained that Bruce managed to take out a bee with his prop gun when the doomed creature was buzzing near just inches from her face during filming. Mary-Louise said, "He shot it dead. Because he's Bruce Willis, so he can shoot a bee, and it's not going to take out part of my nose or something."
Rooney Mara was joined by her costars Channing Tatum, Jude Law, and Catherine Zeta-Jones for the New York premiere of Side Effects last night. She wore a white Alexander McQueen dress and Nicholas Kirkwood pumps while Catherine donned a black lace Michael Kors frock. Catherine's husband, Michael Douglas, walked her down the red carpet, which included visits from some of New York's fashion elite, like Donna Karan and Rachel Roy. Kate Mara joined her sister, Rooney, at the event after Rooney attended Kate's House of Cards premiere on Wednesday. It's been a busy week for the duo, who have both been doing press for their two new releases. Rooney attended a Side Effects Q&A with director Steven Soderbergh and Jude in the Big Apple earlier this week and Kate made the party rounds for her new series in DC and NYC. House of Cards hits Netflix today while Side Effects will open in theaters on Feb. 8.

To keep things fun and varied, I noticed a comeback of retro hair styled in structured, shiny waves worn on Nicole Richie, January Jones, Megan Fox, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Kelly Osbourne, Jayma Mays, Milla Jovovich, and Dianna Agron. Out of these eight lovely ladies, who do you think looks the best in this glamorous, retro hair?

The stars of Wall Street: Money Never Sleep gathered in NYC last night for their big premiere at the Ziegfeld Theater. Real-life loves Carey Mulligan and Shia LaBeouf walked the red carpet separately, but they caused a stir and screams from fans when they joined Josh Brolin, Susan Sarandon, and Michael Douglas for a group photo. Michael, who is in the middle of a battle against cancer, bravely turned out with wife Catherina Zeta-Jones to support his latest movie with director Oliver Stone. Shia lingered at the press line well after the screening began, seeming happy to shoulder the promotional duties for both himself and Michael. PopUS had a minute to speak with Shia about his adventures in investing his own money, and he also spoke about working with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley on Transformers 3. He said, "She's great! This is going to be the best Transformers yet."
The gang moved on next to the afterparty at Cipriani on 42nd Street, where Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen broke from their fashion duties and preparations for their Paris show to toast Carey. Shia had previously started the day by ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange with Carey, then he went solo to keep the interviews coming at The Late Show. His chat with David Letterman airs on Friday, the same day their film hits US cinemans.
