The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is today! The big event doesn't air until Dec. 4 on CBS, but we're getting ready by taking a look at all the backstage chaos, hot performances, and runway glamour from years past. From the over-the-top set designs to the barely-there lingerie, it's pretty amazing to see how far the show has come since the late '90s. Update: George has been released from jail after posting $100 bail. He joked of his time behind bars, "Really rough you can imagine...Have you ever been in a cell with these guys?"
George Clooney was arrested in Washington DC today. He was part of a group of demonstrators that also included his father, Nick, who gathered outside of the Sudanese embassy to bring attention to the country's humanitarian crisis. George's rep added that "they were protesting the violence committed by the government of Sudan on its own innocent men, women, and children. They were demanding they allow humanitarian aid into the country before it becomes the largest humanitarian crisis in the world."
George has been in the nation's capital all week working toward this cause, after recently returning from his sixth trip to Sudan and South Sudan. He testified to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, had a meeting with President Obama, and held a press conference to bring light to the issue.
The 84th Annual Academy Awards are under way, and the stars brought full-on glamour to the red carpet. Michelle Williams looked amazing in orange Louis Vuitton, George Clooney and Stacy Keibler played the Old Hollywood card in Giorgio Armani and gold Marchesa, respectively, and Viola Davis's emerald-hued Vera Wang gown had us green with envy. Dior has chosen Mila Kunis as the face for its latest ad campaign featuring its iconic Miss Dior bags. "I am absolutely thrilled to be working with Dior. The brand is iconic in so many ways. It defines fashion, elegance and sophistication," said Kunis. The Spring '12 campaign, shot by Mikael Jansson, shows Kunis looking Parisian chic wearing fancy black Dior dresses paired with the newest colors and finishes from the Miss Dior handbag collection. Miss Dior bags are beautiful on their own, but Mila clutching on to one makes it just that much more covetable.
