Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe, and Emma Watson stuck together on the red carpet at the premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 in NYC this afternoon. Emma got gorgeous in a strapless Bottega Veneta dress, Lorraine Schwartz jewels, Giuseppe Zanotti heels, and dramatic eye makeup, while Rupert and Daniel both looked dapper in suits and ties. The trio made their first appearance for the movie at last week's London premiere and followed up the excitement with a star-studded Harry Potter afterparty. The costars then made the trip to the East Coast for the film's press junket, and their leading lady continued press when Emma Watson stopped by The Late Show in a sexy Balmain mini before arriving at this evening's main event. We were on the red carpet to chat with Emma, Daniel, and Rupert on our live Harry Potter red-carpet feed, which you can watch back through now! Plus, watch highlights of all the action on PopSugar Rush. There was plenty of energy at the Lincoln Center with stars like Sarah Jessica Parker and her son James Wilkie stepping out to see the movie. Whoopi Goldberg also made her way down the carpet and talked about being a huge fan of the series as did Seth Green and his wife and NY Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez.

Spring is almost here, but my mind's already in Summer mode, due in part to the arrival of the season's major blockbusters. Not least of which is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, the final chapter in the long-running Potter franchise. Almost a year ago, we saw a trailer that featured footage from both Deathly Hallows films, and I've been dying for another peek at the second part ever since. Luckily, we're getting a special treat today in the form of a new featurette — not only does it give us another look at those final battle scenes in the movie, but we also hear the cast reveal their own feelings about the final act. (Spoiler alert: they think it's going to be awesome.)

This past year had plenty of highlights, which we celebrated in our best of 2010 coverage. Now it's time to looked forward to all the fun coming up in the new year. I asked you to vote for the event in 2011 you're most excited about, and Harry Potter fans made Deathly Hallows Part II the number one anticipated event. The final film of the series is released on July. 15., and although it's still a while away, excitement is already building.

There are other big events to look forward to, including Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding on April 29. Their nuptials took third place in my poll, behind the other major franchise film release of 2011: Breaking Dawn. The first installment hits cinemas on Nov. 18.

We've been celebrating the best of 2010, and now we're turning our attention to 2011. There are three big events that I'm looking forward to next year. First up is Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding on April 29. On July. 15 we'll get to see the final film of the Harry Potter franchise when Deathly Hallows Part II is released. The first installment of Breaking Dawn will then hit cinemas on Nov. 18. Out of these three, which are you most excited about?

Emma Watson wrapped up warm for a night out in London yesterday. She had a headline-making year with the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I, and Emma has ended 2010 triumphant by being named your favourite British actress. She returned to the UK earlier this month and has confirmed she's reshooting Deathly Hallows Part II scenes with Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint over the festive period at Leavesden, saying it "feels strange to be back". Emma has tweeted about how great it is to be home and feeling Christmassy, and she's not letting the snow stop her from going out.

FabUK has the lowdown on how to copy Emma's airport style. Emma's been busy with exams at Brown, so now she's ready to relax on her festive break, and has already wished her fans a Merry Christmas. She might have work to do too, though, as the cast are reported to have to reshoot Deathly Hallows Part II scenes over Christmas. We've got our first peek at Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows thanks to this behind the scenes featurette and teaser trailer which has just been released as a bonus feature on the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince DVD. It includes a short interview with producer David Heyman and director David Yates, footage of scenes being filmed, and a teaser trailer featuring that London scene we saw being filmed earlier this year.
