Katy and Co. Give Us an Amazing MTV EMA Show
After the women and men arrived on the red carpet for the MTV EMAs they all took their seats for the ceremony. Green Day kicked off the show and then Katy Perry did an awesome medley of the Best Song nominees. The show was full of great performances, like Beyonce in red suspenders, Jay-Z's amazing NYC backdrop, Foo Fighters rocking out and Shakira showing off her drumming.
Women Go Dark and Pale On MTV EMAs Red Carpet
The women were looking gorgeous as they took to the red carpet at the MTV EMAs this evening. Brits Pixie Lott and Leona Lewis went for black outfits, with Pixie choosing a classic LBD and Leona going for an edgier choice of harem trousers. Lil Kim made a bold statement with her outfit, while Juliette Lewis was classic rock chick in her leather.
Leona Performs First Ever Live Concert Ahead of X Factor
Leona Lewis performed her first ever solo concert at Hackney Empire last night in front of an audience that included Simon Cowell. Leona will be singing for Simon again on Sunday when she appears on The X Factor, ahead of her must have album release on the 16th. The gig was Leona's first performance since she was attacked, and she thanked fans for their support, also telling them: "I first performed here when I was 13, so it seemed fitting to come back and do my first live show here".

Leona Lewis Talks About Fan Attack
Leona Lewis has spoken for the first time about being attacked by a fan during a book signing two weeks ago. She was punched in the face by the man, who was later sectioned under Mental Health Act. Leona said: "It could have been worse.
Jay-Z and Robbie Williams To Perform at the 2009 MTV EMAs!
The MTV Europe Music Awards are fast approaching, with hostess Katy Perry gearing up to present the show on November 5. More details of what we can expect from the ceremony were released today, as both Jay-Z and Robbie Williams have been announced to perform on the night! They join the previously announced performers, including Shakira, Green Day and Leona Lewis, in what's shaping up to be a must-see show.
Leona's Book Signing Attacker Has Been Sectioned
The man that assaulted Leona Lewis in a book shop on Wednesday has been charged and sectioned under the Mental Health Act. Peter Kopwalczyk is accused of common assault after Lewis was punched in the head during a book signing in London. He will appear in court on October 26.
Leona Goes From Smiles to Tears After Attack
UPDATE: Leona has posted this message on her website this afternoon:
"Thank you so much for your support it is truly overwhelming. Yesterday was a horrible shock and left me extremely hurt and upset. I’m very sorry to those I wasn’t able to meet at the signing.
