What a year 2012 has been! With the brights of neon entering our lipsticks and denim, nail art taking off to new levels and celebrity and designer collaborations abounding on the fashion and beauty fronts, we were certainly kept on our toes. For the past few weeks I've asked you to vote on a handful of this years highlights and now it's time to hear what you had to say by scrolling through all of your readers choice results here!
I've already asked your opinion on what you thought was the best celebrity fashion collaboration of the year and now I want to know your vote when it comes to beauty. This lot of celebrities, singers, fashion designers and socialites have worked with famous beauty brands to bring us special collections. From Beth Ditto for MAC, to Louise Redknapp for Wild About Beauty, to Henry Holland's House of Holland Collection for Boots, Giles Deacon for Label M, and Carine Roitfeld's collaboration with MAC, let me know whose line you liked best and which product was your favourite by leaving a comment below.
Louise Redknapp is making her debut in the cosmetics world with Wild about Beauty, which founded with makeup artist Kim Jacob. The pair first met seven years ago on a magazine photoshoot where Kim's expertise with Louise's postnatal skin pigmentation led to her becoming the British singer's personal makeup artist. Having created cosmetic ranges for FCUK, BOOTS and Bayan SPA, Kim developed her own line of natural mother and baby skincare products called Angelique, and is now embarking on a new brand of skin-loving cosmetics with the former Eternal member. Their Wild about Beauty line launches on Sept. 27, but you can take a sneak peek at the collection here, then let me know what you think!
Louise Rednapp, mother, singer, TV presenter and lady about London has been a blonde for years, however, just recently she decided to go back to her rich brunette roots reminiscent of her days in girl band Eternal. What makes Louise's hair transformation so unique for someone of her stature is that she coloured it herself in her own kitchen using Live Salon Style in Chocolate Brown, for just £5.99. She said,
"I’ve been playing around with my hair colour for a new Winter look and I’ve settled on a warm rich brown which I’m loving! The new colour has made my hair look healthier and more luxurious. Being naturally dark and then going blonde for such a long time, I felt that I had lost the natural shine in my hair, but returning to brunette has really given me that glossy shine back. Getting the right hair colour helps enhance the natural beauty that we, as women, all have."

Glamour's Women of the Year Awards sure lived up to its name last night. With a fabulous guest list and ladies walking the red carpet in gorgeous dresses, everyone dressed to the nines to celebrate women! I especially appreciated the pops of colour, such as Fearne Cotton's yellow frock, Alexandra Burke's pink floral number Katherine Jenkins coral cocktail ensemble. Also, check out the splashes of green, which happens to be one of my favourite tones. Kirsty Gallacher wore an all-green gown, Daisy Lowe donned a green clutch, and Louise Redknapp wore green beaded earrings. I love how Summer brings out a little brightness in everyone.
