Shop Floral Jewellery Ahead of The Chelsea Flower Show

I love a good theme, so why not accessorise around the festivities.

I love a good theme, so why not accessorise around the festivities. The Chelsea Flower Show kicks off in London on the 21st - 25th of May and in honour of all of the lovely greens, flowers and fabulous people that we are about to see, I've gathered some of my favourite floral jewels for you to shop. Everyone loves pretty pastel petals in Springtime, so these looks, although on-trend are also quite timeless.

On Sunday, The Duchess of Cambridge was spotted wearing a beautiful pastel green Mulberry Mint Cotton Tweed Frayed Coat (£1,750) at a celebration for scouts who have achieved their Queen's Scout Awards at Windsor Castle. Today, she also donned a designer piece, this time, a gorgeous blue and pink silk crepe Sophia dress from Erdem (£1,065) for a school counseling event in Manchester that she paired with blue suede heels.

This is a bit of a break away from her typical High Street wares, although she has certainly been spotted in Erdem on several other past occasions. It's nice to see Kate in colour and she is looking quite well during her sixth month of pregnancy. Tis the season for all things Spring. This morning we saw what Emma Watson and Lancome had to offer and now, Britain's most popular luxury brand Mulberry enlightens us with a sea of beautiful sorbet and lunar-inspired images from their Spring/Summer 2013 adverts. Cosy Up to October With Fashion and Beauty Must Haves

This month sees the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness settle in, making me yearn for the cosy knits of Autumn.

This month sees the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness settle in, making me yearn for the cosy knits of Autumn. JW Anderson and Mulberry have both delivered fun prints on that front, and Orla Kiely ticks two big trends — shearling and oxblood — in a fab coat. Let's not forget party time, though, with a statement collar from Karl Lagerfeld and a metallic Topshop clutch that could have come off the Spring 2013 Fashion Week catwalks. On the beauty front, I'm all about exciting collaborations from MAC, a new Chanel collection, bright eyes courtesy of Benefit, purse-friendly Ted Baker fragrances and an eyelash treat from RapidShield. Take a look right here at what makes my list this October, and tell me your must haves!

Mulberry Spring 2013

It couldn't get more quintessentially English than at Mulberry's Spring 2013 show on Tuesday.

It couldn't get more quintessentially English than at Mulberry's Spring 2013 show on Tuesday. The British brand took silhouette inspiration from its early years in the Seventies, and the English garden-inspired collection embraced a colour palette of rural England's blossom pastels of pear, peach, mint and cream plus school-uniform neutrals of navy, tan and black with the luxury of craft heritage. Seasonal signature prints included English florals and tropical geckos in panel-blocked contrasting colourways and multi-scale jacquards. Leather outerwear and military-inspired coats joined oversized bikers, peacoats and tailored jackets based on menswear classics. Femininity still reigned, with pleats, embroidery and frills on long summer dresses and trousers in contrasting textures of silk and soft leather. Accessories included the Flower Sandal plus Booties and Willow bags all with updated postman’s lock reworked with petals, and new floral gecko theme on the Del Rey and Alexa collections.

  • Trends: Seventies silhouettes, English garden, craft heritage, military.
  • Colors: Navy, biscuit brown, tan, black, nude, pear, light peach, apricot, mint.
  • Key Piece: The mint coat with petal buttons screams Spring.
  • Accessories: Petal hardware and floral gecko themed bags, flower sandals and booties.
  • Who Should Wear It: Front row fans Alexa Chung, Kate Moss and Olivia Palermo.
