Kate Middleton Goes Underground For a Royal Appearance With the Queen

Kate Middleton joined the Queen of England and Prince Philip for a visit to Baker Street Underground station to mark the 150th anniversary of the London tube today. She wore a teal coat and a black James Lock hat as she made the official visit with Prince William's grandfather and grandmother, who was making her first appearance since recovering from her illness earlier this month. Kate reportedly told officials that she used to take the subway quite often in pre-Duchess days. She said, "I used to travel on the tube on a regular basis." One official gave her a "Baby on Board" pin, which she promised to wear home.

Kate has had a busy week filled with royal duties. She stopped by the Child Bereavement offices in Buckinghamshire with Prince William yesterday and attended a St. Patrick's Day parade on Sunday. Her work isn't over just yet, as she will stop by a volunteer training day at the Great Tower Scout Camp on Friday.

Prince William and Kate Middleton stepped out of the St. Giles cathedral in Edinburgh today. They were in Scotland for the Thistle Ceremony to install William as a Knight in the Order of the Thistle. The honor is Scotland's highest and comes during the queen's four-day Diamond Jubilee tour of the country. Kate wore a yellow Emilia Wickstead for the event, which was just her latest public appearance. Kate and William attended Wimbledon yesterday to watch Roger Federer's victory over Mikhail Youzhny from the royal box. Just last week Kate's siblings, Pippa and James, sat in the special section, as did their mother, Carole.

Kate Joins Will, Harry, and the Royal Family For Trooping the Colour

The royal family gathered this morning for the Trooping the Colour ceremony in London. Queen Elizabeth, who celebrated her Diamond Jubilee with multiple events this week, was joined by her husband, Prince Philip. He was able to return to his official duties after spending multiple days in the hospital last week, suffering from a bladder infection. Happily, he was home by last Sunday, his 91st birthday. The Trooping spectacle is the official birthday celebration for Queen Elizabeth, though her real big day is April 21. She turned 86 this year.

Kate Middleton wore an Erdem dress and Jane Corbett hat to participate in the festivities with her husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry. British label Erdem is one Kate wears frequently, having last sported one of designer Erdem Moralioglu's blue lace creations to a friend's wedding. She rode in a carriage during the the Horse Guards Parade, while Prince William was in uniform and atop a horse, and she later joined the senior royals for photos on the balcony at Buckingham Palace. Prince Harry caught up with cousins Beatrice and Eugenie, and Kate even shared a sweet moment with Prince Edward's daughter, Louise.

Gwyneth Paltrow isn't just a patron of London's reopened Arts Club - she's also part of the entertainment! After Gwyneth and Cameron Diaz toasted their relaunch, it was time for a few glasses of red wine and speeches. Gwyneth brought her drink to a podium in the middle of the restaurant section to say a few words, then Prince Philip, the Queen's 90-year-old husband, did the same. Prince Philip also unveiled a plaque commemorating the club's 148 existence. The group, which apparently included Prince William's good pal Guy Pelly too, then moved downstairs to the Club Nouveau. Mark Ronson was first onstage with his band the Knights Before, who used to work with Amy Winehouse. When his set was over, Mark sat down at a table and charmed both Cameron and Gwyneth. Gwyneth couldn't resist hopping onstage to belt out a few medleys, including a version of Cee-Lo Green's "F*ck You." Gwyneth reportedly looked at Prince Philip afterward and, considering the foul language in the lyrics, said, "Please don't tell the Queen!"

Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz teamed up in London tonight for the official reopening of The Arts Club in Mayfair. The actresses chatted with England's Prince Philip, who, along with Gwyneth, is a member and current club patron. Gwyneth and her husband, Chris Martin, have been longtime fans of the exclusive establishment and have even been spotted dining into the wee hours of the morning with famous faces like Stella McCartney and Madonna. It's been a few months since we've seen Cameron and Gwyneth together; earlier this year the pair partied together at Vanity Fair's Oscar party, and in April Cameron stepped out to support Gwyneth at an intimate dinner thrown in honor of her cookbook, My Father's Daughter. Since then both stars have had milestone-filled years with Gwyneth celebrating her 39th birthday and winning an Emmy for her guest role on Glee. Cameron has a handful of projects in the works, though one place we won't be seeing her is cheering on the Yankees in the playoff since she recently broke up with boyfriend Alex Rodriquez.

Prince William and Kate Middleton Celebrate the Queen's Birthday at the Trooping the Colour

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, shared a carriage with Prince Harry, her mother-in-law Camilla Parker-Bowles, and Prince Wiliam's uncle Prince Andrew this morning at the Trooping the Colour procession in London. The annual ceremony is held to recognize the birthday of the sovereign, though Queen Elizabeth actually turned 85 on April 21. The royals tend to celebrate the Queen's big day in the Summer, however, as the weather is better for outdoor events. Her husband, Prince Philip, actually just celebrated a milestone - Philip's 90th birthday was yesterday! He received a new title for the occasion. Prince Philip, known as the Duke of Edinburgh, is now also the Lord High Admiral of the navy, and is planning to begin scaling back his official workload. This was William's first time riding in the parade, and he was able to wear the distinctive bearskin hat while riding next to his father Charles. William wore the Irish Guards uniform, which he donned during his April 29 wedding to Kate, for the first time since their nuptials. The pomp wrapped up with William's family reuniting on the balcony of Buckingham Palace as well. William and his wife have had a busy week of social obligations, after Kate dazzled in Jenny Packham at Thursday's ARK dinner.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, posed with their immediate families and wedding party for this official portraits in the throne room at Buckingham Palace yesterday. The photos were taken by Hugo Burnand and included in the picture from left to right in the front, Miss Grace van Cutsem, Miss Eliza Lopes, her majesty The Queen, The Hon. Margarita Armstrong-Jones, Lady Louise Windsor, and Master William Lowther-Pinkerton. In the back, Master Tom Pettifer, HRH Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, HRH Prince Harry of Wales, Michael Middleton, Michael Middleton, James Middleton, and Philippa Middleton. It was a day full of celebrations for the newlyweds, who exchanged their I dos in a morning ceremony, followed by their receptions. This morning, Kate and William were whisked away by helicopter to a secret weekend destination, though it's not their official honeymoon just yet. Prince Harry Spends Christmas At Sandringham with The Royal Family

Prince Harry attended the traditional Christmas service at Sandringham this weekend, spending time with his grandparents The Queen and Prince Philip. Prince Charles attended with Camilla Parker-Bowles, who wore a warm furry hat similar to that of her mother-in-law. Harry was able to catch up with Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who he partied with in London a few days before Christmas. Sadly, there was no sign of newly-engaged Prince William and Kate Middleton - William volunteered to be on call at RAF Valley in Anglesey, while Kate spent her final Christmas at her family home in Berkshire before she joins in with the traditional Royal Christmas plans.
